Heh

There was some non-binary awareness video thing going round a while ago, where it had two high school girls talking about their friend Allie, and showing how to react to being "corrected" about pronouns. Every time it started with something like:

"Let's invite Allie to the party, she's really fun!"
"Uhh... actually, Allie uses 'they' pronouns..."

And would then go into some examples of what the first girl should say or not say. Then some Tumblrina host pops up to lecture the viewer about why it's a good or bad thing to say.
Allie never actually shows up in the entire thing. It's just her friends getting offended and cringing over it all on her behalf while she's not even around.

Edit: ahhh I found it and it's even more insufferable than I remembered https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=EM2ReYDWX5M
Lol of course the proud PoC has to scold and educate the disgusting mayo ghoul about pronouns.

That's the only way they could make this look like it's remotely progressive, before the upper class honkey shows up to tell her how good she's been for standing up for her ridiculous (probably also white upper class) friend.

Yeah. According to him, lost his virginity at the age of 13 to an older man who didn’t realise he was trans. 13 was also the age when Labelle realised he was trans and when he ran away from home.

Reading between the lines, I figured the timeline went something like:

1. Labelle was a troubled teenager, also wrestling with the realisation that he was gay.

2. He got groomed by an older man. They had sex. I don’t believe for one minute that a virgin who had only recently come out as trans would be able to conceal his actual sex, so I interpret “he didn’t know I was trans” as “I wasn’t out yet.”

3. As a result of being effectively raped, Labelle developed feelings of self-loathing and body dysphoria that only worsened as puberty took hold.

4. In his mid-twenties, he decided he was trans and adopted the identity of a pre-pubescent girl to escape his inward disgust at his male body.
Don't forget granny making her dresses on her early teens and the one supportive parent (sometimes it's mom, sometimes it's dad)

...Wait, we still have no clarification on Covid Grandma. She's gone. RIP Covid Grandma. Indoctrination is more important than Granny :(
“Ugh, fine, here’s your acknowledgment that there’s a global pandemic and it’s all very scary. Look, I even drew a person crying as we humans do. Now, can we PLEASE get back to the important subject of why I’m special?”

What the fuck does this even mean? Troons never shut up about their cocks.

How can anyone's "most authentic self" involve synthetic hormones and elective cosmetic surgery? Is someone more authentic for having silicone implants in their natural body? It's good to express yourself and be creative and people can do whatever artificial body mods they like IMO as long as they're adults and of sound mind, but let's not pretend it's "authenticity". If anything it's often a closet, it's a gay boy or lesbian girl who CAN'T accept their authentic gay selves, so they try to artificially change into opposite sex, straight people.
