Theoretically, kind of. They could overturn certain laws or actions as being unconstitutional, but that's about it. So, for example, if Georgia had a law that affected what ballots were counted and this law was unconstitutional, then yes, they could get those ballots thrown out. But they can't just say "Trump won Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, etc... because <insert reason here>".

People keep bringing up Bush vs Gore in Florida, but that was a bit different. Bush vs Gore was the SC deciding if Florida's SC violated the Florida constitution. There was cases where counties would change rules in the middle of the recount and they would have different rules in different parts of the same county. Florida in 2000 was just a gigantic clusterfuck in general and really there was no correct answer. This election it would require that to happen in multiple states

I believe you've misread the circumstances. Both sides were acting out of an abundance of caution-- it's part of the reason why they speedran a SCOTUS judge confirmation and mounted the pre-election challenges that they did. It's why Ohio and Florida in particular tightened up their electoral processes.

It just happened that the Democrats were as shrewd as the GOP is allergic to victory-- the latter didn't do enough.

I dunno what is going on inside the GOP but something is definitely going on. I could see there being an under the table deal where the DNC gets the presidency filled with a witless puppet and the RNC gets the Senate and a House with a narrow majority.

So the end result is that a bunch of RNC/DNC insiders have a sort of defacto coalition.

They definetly can not declare him the winner of anything. The State's can select their electors however they like. The USSC can rule that the election was conducted illegally and the State can throw it out and still give all their electors to Biden.

Once the electors cast their vote, the Senate is the only check in it. If there Trump team can make a big case and get the USSC to rule that enough States conducted their elections in an unconstitutional manner, they could refuse the electoral college and put it to a House contingent election. However, I don't see that happening. The States were the best shot. They didn't even have to give the votes to Trump, just not send their electors, but it's clear they aren't going to do that.

The only avenue I see in Trump winning is the Senate refusing to certify the electoral college. All it takes is 2 Republican senators and Romney to make it impossible. Much more likely you'll have Cruz for his 2024 run and maybe 4-5 others up for election in 2022 vote against it, and it pass with an overwhelming majority.
