The SCOTUS didn't only slap it down, they also wrote an open letter calling how how heinous it was (and even Justice Roberts was called out by the conservative Justices). In layman's terms, the conservative Justices seemed downright pissed at Cuomo and Justice Roberts in that letter.

It appears that the SCOTUS is Trump's last shot ... Which is what I've suspected since November 4th. It's an uphill battle, but it's a good sign that the conservative Justices are not afraid to give the left a smackdown, given what they did on Thanksgiving.
Oh then it was on topic then.
But at the same time, a governor trying to restrict things is smaller then a fraudulent election. Let's hope they don't cuck out.

Fox News had on Jeff Flake a while ago, who wanted unironically the GOP to return to being party of dignity and honor and other shit.

For the military service members and family. I wonder if they got the balls to go back to the good old practice of fragging or even knifing. Because it's more wars to defend globalism by killing some sand niggers.
I hope more on the Right continue the dogpile against Fox News, so the Left will be forced to defend it; "we've always respected and welcomed Rupert Murdoch".

They're going to look like chumps if Trump goes 3rd party and causes a 1912 situation; looking at those 8 Electoral Votes for Taft.

The only good thing is eventually the US will no longer be financially capable of being global police. It remains to be seen if China will be as eager to perpetually occupy the mid east.

I've generously rated you optimistic. Pray tell how exactly the left plans to eat Biden alive after he is inaugurated? The only party that could have done a single damn thing to stop him has all but waved the white flag.
The Caesar analogies people keep making in this thread are spot on because that's how many people view Trump. This election was a referendum on him and more people who voted for Biden said they were voting "against Trump" than "for Biden" in exit polling.

Meanwhile the left is split into two factions the progressives and status quo moderates. The entire election cycle Biden pretended to be progressive which he never has been and never will be to try to turn out the youth vote. He's going to try to sit on the fence like he's done his entire career and end up with splinters in his ass. There's no way to play all sides and he'll default to center. The progressives are pissed, first they had Hillary shoved down their throats then Biden. Their candidates actually did fairly well down ballot compared to the purple Democrats.

They've been saying for years that progressives can win national seats but the DNC fights them tooth and nail at every opportunity. Moderates were not willing to take a risk in 2016 then Hillary lost despite progressives swallowing shit to vote for her and they've been seething ever since. They are tired of being the sidekick and now that Trump is out of the picture and the blue wave of moderates failed to materialize there is going to be a power struggle for a bigger peice of the pie and Status Quo Joe is going to be in the middle whether he likes it or not trying to play the benevolent grandad "come on man" but the young left is not trying to hear that shit.

I know that a lot of people say there's zero chance for a Trump victory in the SCOTUS, because the SCOTUS doesn't want to be "king makers."

I think there's a significant flaw in that argument: In a highly contested election, no matter what their decision is, they are going to be "king makers" regardless. No matter who is sworn in on January 20th, 2021, half of the nation will not view them as a legitimate President. That damage has already been done no matter the outcome at this point (which is sad and depressing ... But it is what it is).

Actually, in regards to the "king makers" argument, ruling in Trump's favor should be the more desirable one for them in that case. If they rule in Biden's favor, then he's going to become the next POTUS. If they rule in Trump's favor, then that passes the buck to the House to decide who the next POTUS is. Ruling in Trump's favor is the lesser "king maker" decision, so yeah ... I think that argument that people are making is flawed.

Oh, so they're gonna vie for more power after having cost the Democratic party seeats.

That sounds rational.

Well now I feel dumb for deleting it because it was offtopic.

Biden is senile, and will rubber stamp every batshit insane wishlist item from progressives that reaches his desk. He'll be surrounded by Wormtongues.
One word : Portland.
What about it? The Lugenpresse maintains to this day that 110% of the violence was caused by Drumpf's stormtroopers and white supremacists, while WaPo and NYT ran pieces about how Michael Reinoehl dindu nuffin.

Not one single incident of left-wing violence has been repudiated by the DNC, simply memory-holed. They love violence. They want it to happen.

Liberals jack off to the idea of killing you and your loved ones. Plan accordingly.

We don't care if you look into it, but to claim there's fraud when there's no evidence of such is dishonest. Using screenshots of Parler and Twitter as evidence is also pretty damn hilarious. If you find evidence, Trump's lawyers would probably want to see it since they've even said there's no evidence of fraud when under oath.
This, I was sympathetic to Trump until I noticed the man can't produce evidence to save his life and this place started calling Conservatives 'Cucks and RINOs" for not mindlessly following Trump's grift and having the audacity to ask for actual admissible evidence and not Qboomer schizoposts like that crazy bitch Powell put forward.

I'd say the opposite. Brutus and a lot of his followers really did believe their own bollocks. That's why they wanted to have it be on the senate, they made a show out of it because they honestly believed the people would be on their side. The GOP knows damn well they're full of shit. They're doing it for the under the table deals exclusively, there is no veneer of honesty. This is far less stupid and far, FAR more malicious.
My impression is that they think that they can harness Trump's magic without Trump and without having built a movement around Trump that could outlast him.

He's already starting some smaller stuff that's sure to get Twitter drooling, like I heard something about an all female team of advisors.

Too bad Trump is just one man and the rest of the GOP is going to go back to “MEMBER REAGAN?” smoke and mirrors. They might even start claiming Trump’s mantle while actively pushing neocon policies.
But that is the result of every populist movement without much or any policies to back it up; They will likely do that but they would have done it if Trump had won 2020 as well.

Give it two weeks. Roberts will rip off the mask leaving us flabbergasted that Ginsburg never left us.
