Agreed about the SCOTUS. The issue of court packing alone is a sign that they have a lot to lose under a Biden presidency ... And if there's one thing I've learned about politics, it's that nobody wants to surrender their power. Court packing undeniably renders the SCOTUS useless and powerless in a government that should be about Checks and Balances. I personally have no doubt that the conservative Justices are thinking about this really hard.
Trump's legal team just needs to provide the evidence to the SCOTUS. If they approach the SCOTUS with the smoking gun, then I think we can be confident on how the ruling is going to go. I mean, it's always possible, but I do not see the conservative Justices cucking just because "The states certified! We could do something about it, but ... Nah!"
If the GOP House Delegation votes for Biden, that would be political suicide for them. The sad part is that it's highly possible that they are, indeed, stupid enough to pull that shit. And if they do that while still wondering why Democrats play to win, then it's truly time for Constitutional Conservatives to start a new party. Doing this would be the death of the Republican Party.

These people will certainly have expertise and at least some rationality as far as that can go in politics. Those that have already been announced are former Obama admin or part of Biden's VP staff. People who are familiar with Biden and knows how to communicate with him.
