Bannon's show had a report about a Wisconsin lawsuit. Remember Bob Spindell and Dean Knudson?

They stopped the Democrats from changing the recount rules. As Baris apparently explained Wisconsin had state-specific rules that made a recount effectively an audit. I.e. all parties had observers and could challenge ballots. Now challenged ballots would go to an appeals committee that had a Democrat majority. So the recount wouldn't lead to much of a change but it would allow the Republicans to count the number of illegal ballots.

The fake news media covered this as 'LOL. DRUMPF SPENT MILLIONS AND ENDED UP CHANGING THE RESULT BY ONLY A FEW HUNDRED BALLOTS. IN BIDENS FAVOR'.

However Bob, Dean and co have filed a lawsuit

“Today’s suit includes four cases with clear evidence of unlawfulness, such as illegally altering absentee ballot envelopes, counting ballots that had no required application, overlooking unlawful claims of indefinite confinement, and holding illegal voting events,” the campaign said in a statement.
The allegedly unlawful actions affected at least 221,000 ballots, according to campaign officials.
One of the issues concerns municipal clerks being directed by state election officials to complete ballots that weren’t fully completed.

Now the fake news media have also claimed that the results have been certified following the recount. Dean Knudsen points out that's not how it works

Interesting conversation. This woman is saying that 71% of the precincts haven't balanced for ages. She's an inner city black Republican and she thinks its an absolute scandal. A forensic audit is needed. The white guy on the panel is a Democrat who tried to blame the Republicans.

She's awesome, he's an absolute cockroach.

I think this hearing is making me less racist.

Wow that black woman just went full FUCK RIGGERS mode.

Yeah, and it's clear the Democrats are saying it's all the Republicans' fault, and if anyone questions it they're disenfranchising black people. Even though they're the ones doing that because they've set up black areas so that they're so corrupt they can stuff the ballot boxes and get away with it.

There's also a 'bigotry of low expectations' effect going on.

Bigotry of low expectations mixed with a built-in culture of fucking ignorance that is only too eager to dance around the plantation. Maybe not individuals, maybe not actual family units, but the gutter scum who screech the loudest on behalf of the rest are just as well the ones holding them back.

I am just dying to see how those "Trump's plan has been to show the people just how corrupt it all is" lemmings are going to spin this with Barr.
The fat toad has been nothing but an obvious swamp creature from the beginning. The President is just awful with his leadership selections.
I thought the appointment of John Bolton was bad.
Wew lad.

It's people like this holding them back too. He knows the shit show that is the inner city precincts is what gave his party the opportunity to ballot stuff

While the site was down:

-it was announced Durham's investigation is now by special counsel, so it could continue into a possible Biden administration (and when Biden kills it the media will be absolutely silent about it and probably praise it). This was supposedly put in effect October 19th but is just now being reported.

-Barr spoke to the AP and they took some things out of context. Shock, I know. From Ace of Spades
Relatedly: A commenter said Barr had shot down any notion of election fraud.

That's not exactly true. He actually said that as far as one of the several types of election fraud under discussion -- that of a computer program systematically changing Trump votes to Biden -- they'd found no substantiation of that.

He did say that they had not found evidence of fraud big enough to swing the election.

Which is, yes, unhelpful. And also bullshit.

So Barr is a do-nothing bitch but AP gotta AP.

-the MI hearings are having nice moments that again is making a stronger case for SCOTUS more than anything else right now.

-Mailmen are whistleblowing that they drove 288,000 ballots from New York to Pennsylvania on election night.

I don't think you can get a non-swamp creature, probably the best you can hope for is to get one that happens to be willing to work with you.
