I mean, it wasn't in front of judges, so no. But it was to discuss and provide evidence to the legislature to discuss appropriate remedies. At the very least, it might, might provide some initiative to fix these problems before another election. But who knows.
There could be all the evidence presented and that user would just respond with "cope". I don't understand the long responses to such low effort "refutes".
Its still 2020 for the time being. Anything can happen.
That can go good or bad. Let's hope whatever script God is writing is an underdog one.

The point of these hearings are to get the uniparty to a point where the established narrative is "okay, there was fraud; but not enough fraud to overturn the election because these individual cases we heard at the hearings don't equal the number of votes needed to change the outcome". Which is completely irrelevant. If there's large scale election fraud, then the best solution is to decertify the election results until you figure this shit out.

But oh well. So sleepy. Buy my book on the election fraud later in 2021, when it's too late, but just in time to make money off of it.

Oh Jesus fucking Christ. Thankfully Trump would never do this, its just insanity talking.
If Trump had done anything for his voters, he would have won in 2020.

Here's an article (based on the as-yet publically unreleased transcript) that sheds lights on that GA court hearing.
A judge handling an election-fraud lawsuit brought by allies of President Donald Trump said the case was backed by “precious little proof,” but went on to issue a restraining order aimed at blocking three Georgia counties from making any changes to their voting machines as he considers whether to permit a forensic examination of those systems, according to court records...

The hearing was held via Zoom and not announced in advance on the court’s docket or accessible to the press or public [hence why retard Lin Wood was the only person 'reporting' on it at the time]....

The transcript shows that Batten repeatedly wavered on whether to grant any relief to the Republican plaintiffs in the case, before settling on the narrow relief limited to three counties.

Powell and her colleagues initially wanted all voting machines in the state impounded pending further court action, but the state’s lawyers said that would present a slew of problems, including preventing some local elections set for this week and potentially interfering with the pair of U.S. Senate runoff elections set for Jan. 5....

“Although they make allegations of tremendous worldwide improprieties regarding the Dominion voting machines, those allegations are supported by precious little proof,” the judge said.

As Batten appeared to be on the verge of denying the request for a TRO, Powell’s co-counsel Lin Wood spoke up and seemed to persuade the judge to at least freeze the machines in three counties for a possible inspection.

“I don’t see any harm to the state to preserve this information on a very limited basis,” Wood said.

Powell later called the proposal to inspect machines in Cobb, Gwinnett and Cherokee counties “the bare minimum.”

After Willard said he planned to appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Batten ultimately agreed to simply order a freeze of the machines in those three counties and to set an in-person hearing for Friday in Atlanta on whether an inspection of the machines should be permitted.

During the hearing, the judge also clarified that a pair of directives Wood posted online Sunday were “draft proposed orders” and not final orders in the case.

However, without mentioning Wood directly, Willard complained that the disclosures were stoking the rumor mill.

“There has been a lot of rumor, innuendo, and misinformation spread out there regarding what has taken place in a number of courts around the country, and this court today," the assistant attorney general said. "There were a number of social media posts made about this court’s indication of the two rulings."
lol basically Lin Wood was livetweeting the Zoom hearing instead of actually lawyering

Trump is retweeting video of the testimony of people and the USPS drivers, this 9 minute video of a just want to grill guy shows real weirdness going on, he was taken off his usual route to drive to another location with crates of ballots, they wouldn't give him a slip to identify he went one place instead of another. He had his specific trailer taken that he used for his most of his entire time on this particular route.

And the people acting like this is all a big joke on this forum will laugh until it's this sites time on the chopping block.

So is NOW the time where only SCOTUS or some secret thing that Trump has reserved that nobody is aware of the only thing that can keep Trump in office....or is Trump just one step away from finally conceding?
Give it 2 more days and then he'll be done.

All the people that he thought had his back don't, its fucking over.

Notice the way this gets pushed by the media but people threatening Monica Palmer's kids gets buried. The threats against Republican canvassers got buried too.

If you've got a situation where 97% of Republicans believe there was fraud but the governor and secretary of state cover it up, bad things will happen.

Clearly, all threats of violence are indefensible but the solution is not for Trump to concede it is for the legal process to play out and state level GOP leadership to support that. Let the legislatures investigate and table a motion on electors.

Right now it seems like the governor and secretary of state are using that poll worker in a pretty cynical way to get their opponents inside the GOP to surrender and accept the fraud.

I believe there was fraud. I believe the state-level GOP leadership is complicit. If that's the case then it is inevitable some crazy people are going to send death threats. Actually crazy people send death threats all the time but a situation like this will vastly increase their number.

It's why I said the shit was going to hit the fan once it became obvious the fraud had occurred. Unfortunately by appearing complicit, the state-level GOP leadership has put themselves in front of that fan.

What do you mean unfortunate? I don't want them to die, but screw these people. They are actively helping in their own destruction. Let them get insulted and shamed.

There's an argument for getting rid of stickies. They don't mean anything here but people treat them like they do.
Stickers are a nice feature for when someone comes in and says something that's leaning towards siding with the thread but also batshit crazy so everyone can just call it lunacy and move on or when a completely off topic rant shows up it can just be called dumb without everyone having to respond and derail the thread. It also means the people who only agree/disagree via stickers can keep doing that which is a net win because they probably don't have anything worthwhile to add anyways.

Actually caring about your sticker rating on this board would be incredibly pathetic and I doubt anyone here seriously does.

I mean, there are 100 million people who think this wasn't a legit election and states are ignoring them or stonewalling. Along with state-level GOP not doing jack shit. So maybe you should do something, eh?

No idea. This year has been absolute trash, so I'm sort of skeptical.
Ah, it's good to be back in black. (and green) So, is this it, then? Is today the beginning of the last chance?
Yes. After this week if significant progress isn't made we can close the book, short of a revolution of electors. This has been a crazy, fucked up year. I'd rather it not go that way because that just might spell the end of the Republic.

Lin Wood's lawsuit was completely fucked because he wasn't harmed by fraud in Georgia because he didn't vote in Georgia. He named himself as the plaintiff and it (rightfully) got tossed.

In the next 1-2 weeks. We're going to find out if everything that's been pushed is a nothing burger or not.

One side will be pissed, but the other side will breathe a sigh of relief.

74 million.

I do. How else am I going to stroke my ego?
But seriously, at least on this thread, plenty of people respond to trolls anyway so the Stickers are kind of pointless.

The Stickers go away, China potentially directly rigged the election in Biden's favor and Secret Asshole gave a slight bit of hope towards all this this. This week is crazy and it's only just started.
"We can see the unusually high amount of MATI and Autistic stickers in key areas before the Farms went down and stopped counting. Its clear evidence of fraud and rating harvesting."

I thought that was todays presentation? Because this was for direct evidence of fraud, which is why there were all the witnesses.

The Trump team was not invited to THIS hearing. Apparently, Guliani is going to a private presentation in Michigan tomorrow to show his findings. From what I gathered off Someplace, Twitter.
