Who’s to say they don’t rig primaries there as well? They did it to Bernie Sanders. For all we know, there could have been a popular Democrat in times past that could have primaried Pelosi, but due to fraud, was never able to. Sure it’s a solid blue state, but that doesn’t mean that more popular Democrats can come along and outdo someone like her.

Unless the person had serious clout, they would become persona non grata within the party. AOC is a good example and as much as I disagree with her politics, she is pretty good at what she does. Even being useful to the party, AOC receives a lot of hate from the establishment types.

The rigging hypothesis is possible but I think people are underestimating how loyal niggers and faggots are for incumbents.

If PA is all Trump’s gonna file with the SC, then it’s over. He should have filed for every relevant state yesterday.

AOC's election caught them by surprise and was well above the margin of fraud (3%). As for Omar, she rigs elections. She doesn't get them rigged against her.
Really weird how Republicans don’t stop all this rigging and how so many democrats are good at it that they’ve haven’t been arrested.

i know you're a troll and just baitin' but you're in the one thread on kiwifarms where actual lawyers can tell you about the consent decree where republicans voluntarily said they wouldn't investigate voter fraud anymore

that expired in 2017 or 2018

Incorrect it's the 8th, that's why they were saying Tuesday.
From what I’ve seen with the hearings, I wouldn’t be surprised if WI, AZ, MI, PA and GA all end up getting challenged at SCOTUS level. If they are successful with enough states at SCOTUS, it can allow them to win. I’m not going to make too many assumptions though and just wait for what happens. It’s best not to try and look at every single way things can go wrong because we really are just spectators in all of this. It’s annoying, but that’s the way things are right now. If Trump does pull this off though, I hope for more election reform and for all RINOS to get primaried in coming elections.

A request for an emergency injunction stopping any further certification in PA has been filed with SCOTUS arguing that the PA Supreme Court is violating constitutional rights and PA’s VBM legislation is unconstitutional.

The filing is here:

https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/track?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:9f9ba0f6-1e36-40e1-ab2c-309c14a9f5f0

The arguments are solid and I wouldn’t be surprised if an injunction is issued this week.

Is that good? The copium has consumed this whimsical heart.

Trump just filed to the Wisconsin supreme court so I imagine SCOTUS would be the next step in the event of that failing.

But I know some people in this thread have said the Wisconsin supreme court is likely to be more favourable to trump so maybe it won't have to go to SCOTUS.

They are still playing the "bribing a billionaire" tune.

How the fuck can you bribe a billionaire? At least make it blackmail. It is at least more believable.

I unfortunately have to say Trump is being stupid right now, but hey. He's still President for two more months. This is a pretty petulant "fuck you", but it's a fuck you nonetheless.
I just wish Trump was a bit more eloquent and tactical about legislation. He has people who are in his administration who understand the necessity of 230 and wrote bills that keep it in place while accomplishing meaningful reform; but they're obviously not advising him very strongly right now. I guess that's the poison we pick. Naive idealist who wants to reform, or go-along-to-get-along political veteran that could articulate reform but won't because (((reasons))).

And no, this is not 4D chess. Taking an extreme position in order to be "talked down" to the "moderate" position you wanted all along is indeed a valid strategy, but this is the time for Trump to just say what he wants - and it's clear he personally wants 230 gone because Big Tech held him down and recorded his screams a little too strongly.
Trump is fucking retarded. This is pure reactionary. He did jack shit about the technocrats censoring all speech that they hated for four fucking years while American's rights were whittled away. Now that it bit him in the fucking ass and cost him the election, its time to do something about it? Go fuck yourself. Seriously. Centrists and anyone to the right of Mao had their money and livelihood endangered and only fostered extremism. He's allowed anyone who challenged the narrative to eat constant shit. Now he's suddenly interested in 230 because it hurt him? Trump can eat a cock. This actually pisses me off. Greatly. They fucking said they'd make him lose the election and he did NOTHING. People were stripped of their livelihoods and he did NOTHING. Now he wants to? Because this stupid motherfucker just realized "Oh, maybe I shouldn't have let them ass fuck literally anyone who was not a rabid communist." No, he liked being the opposition too much and enjoyed being persecuted. Concede and fuck off. You did this to yourself.

This entire process has been reactionary trash, constantly caught on the back foot. It disgusts me that we have to live with the spineless GOP and Trump to actually deal with these obvious fucking issues. Our only real hope is foot soldiers on the ground being more cogent, and maybe some of them being spurred to organize and make their own political machines. But thanks to Trump's inaction on censorship he's made it unnecessarily difficult. Want to organize? Whoops, your Twitter and Facebook got banned. Want to try and get income? Whoops, every payment processor on Earth banned you. Want to make your own platforms? lol, prepare to have every media outlet and major corporation denounce your platform as being a hotbed of retardation and racism. You want to blame someone for this? Blame Trump. He had plenty of time before COVID and this year to try something. He didn't bother.

MI offered some real evidence. I honestly don't give a shit if Trump is re-elected or not (and as I have to constantly repeat myself, I predicted a Biden win weeks before the election), I want these issues ironed out ASAP. I can only hope people in the affected areas will keep up their disgust and get something done, politically. I'm not counting on this joke of this party 'machinery' to fucking do anything. Fucking neo-liberal and neo-con living trash. I hope they suck cocks in hell together, faggots. The lot of them.

My one nugget of hope is that regular people will do something about this (not cause a revolution or shoot people, you idiots) but shore up the process as much as possible.

It may still go to the USSC, but with the Dems/State GOP appealing a pro-Trump ruling. Any victory unchallenged could set off a domino effect.

Yeah it’s good. Even though the PA Secretary of State and Governor rushed through certifying the election results, if this injunction is granted it will prohibit PA’s Governor or SOS from acting on the certification; that is, they can’t send electors until the suit is resolved.

It’s unclear whether that would remove PA’s electors from the Electoral College or, and this seems more likely, the PA state legislature would be tasked with appointing electors because the injunction will only apply to the PA Governor and SOS.

From my underatanding if it's able to block cerification than that could lead to a scenario where PA's electoral votes get thrown to the state legislature.

I could be wrong and anyone smarter than me can feel free to correct me.

Aren't some states two party consent states? Not a lawyer, but I think that's the question here.
Yes, but if O’Keefe or an employee who was recording for them was in a state that is one party consent, the recordings are legal. It does not matter where CNN or Zucker are located, only the people making the recordings. I was saying I doubt O’Keefe released the recordings without knowing they were legal. He might be kooky, but that is an easy and dumb way to catch a lawsuit from a large news corp.
