This thread would become much less active as baked has now attached himself to ip2 as the leader.

I dont think it makes sense to have a thread on an ip2 streamer, as they tend not to be active for long periods of time so nothing is produced. I dont know much of the history pre baked. So I can cover Baked entrance/revival of the irl ip2 community

Yes there is a lot of weird and funny shit going on, especially with Sanchez and Attila rn. Totally agreed we don't need a thread for any single streamer. Community Watch would be perfect I think. I certainly missed out on Fuentes involvement and Baked entrance into the community, you know more about that than me. That being said, Fuentes is pretty irrelevant for IP2 from what I can see.

I won't make any promises, but if I find the time and motivation I will throw something together and then you can include missing stuff and do the finishing touches? What do you think?

yep, you can cover the ice posiedon history, ill do the stuff from bakeds entrance into the community. Idk anything about community watch, but just reading the description of it it makes sense to do it there? i havent really posted out side of internet famous

the fuentes involvement is just for baked's stuff. Baked, being the new ice Poseidon, has push the entirety of ip2 behind nick to clout chase with this new political rally stuff

Also how do you get the first post/title updated? is there staff? or a mod? because baked's alaska's thread definitely needs to be updated, as he is now streaming to 4000-8000 people again

I think the Fuentes connection is important context to include in OP otherwise it's going to get confusing for people catching up why they are all showing up at groyper rallies on a weekly basis or why Fuentes is calling Baked Alaska while he's IRL to demand he leave "litty" biracial Zoomer high rise parties full of cocaine and thots to make some based Aryan Christian Fortnite content.

I don't mind the Fuentes stuff being included for context but make no mistake: IP2 does not really give much of a shit about rallies and the political stuff. They are far right but they care mostly about memes, shitposting and "content" while being as toxic as possible.
They also don't give a shit about Baked and he is already getting a lot of hate and is going through their autistic "cycle". It's only a matter of time before he gets dropped. With Blade pretty much gone he is filling a void, but they are ready to drop him in a heartbeat. He is not really one of them and both parties know it.

I do post in some community watch threads, it is pretty much made for observing lolcow commuities, so it would be fine. If you want to update this op, pming a mod or Null directly should work!

I was considering taking a stab at it and did a little reading on the background of IP2.
My rough timeline

2016
Ice starts Pokemon Go streaming which starts his IRL streaming career.

r/ice_poseidon is created. Posts of him streaming get popular on Reddit.

IP courts increasingly racist and toxic community on stream. IP community turns on him, ice begins removing toxic comments from sub.

r/ice_poseidon2 is created to circumvent Ice's moderation taking the most toxic parts of the community who now hate Ice with it.

2017
Stream sniper finds Ice at a restaurant and empties a fire extinguisher on him.

Plane incident + twitch ban.

r/ip and r/ip2 both explode in popularity after twitch ban + plane swatting.

Ice is swatted numerous times

2019
Both subs are banned from Reddit on the same day for harassment.

Yes, a new unified thread that explains in short who these people are, how they came to be, what sets them apart from the rest, their retarded sagas and some general ideas of what IP2 is would be a good idea to help new people understand what's going on and keep them engaged as well. The forum is just missing out on what a shitshow this crossover is lmao.

My only gripe is just how inconsistent the activity within the community is, before this RV trip the community was pretty much dying. The IRL Community thread failed because those OG streamers and their community pretty much became irrelevant soon after the thread was made since exactly around that time Ice stopped being the glue that held everything together .Now there's just uncertainty on what will happen next since Casey(his money) and Baked are the only ones still keeping this together as of now.

Not sure how I would label the community. Rather than having an established ideology, far right or otherwise, they seem like a bunch low-life fuckwits that are trying to be as vile as humanly conceivable. A children's hospital in the whitest part of America can get bombed and they sound like the types of people that would giggle. They are only there to see shit happen and people break down, while fueling the fire, trying to get these degenerate irl retards into trouble.

Don't get me wrong, the only loss we'd see if Baked gets shot by the police in the head tomorrow would be less entertaining content. Ultimately, he's just a footnote. My views might be completely off the rails and I stand to be corrected.

That said, I agree with the premise of having an IP2 thread, community watch is probably the best choice. It can be argued that due to major lolcow crossovers and potential of crossovers, the thread being in "Internet Famous" works as well. However, these idiots want to be famous, they want clout, yet they are all short lived and quickly forgotten. Fuck them, they shouldn't be associated with the word "famous", internet or otherwise.
