What do you guys think about how this thread is going? As it stands, it is now loosely about Baked but mostly about IP2 and IRL degeneracy . Baked is not the most interesting cow in the world so it doesn't hurt too much that this thread gets derailed a lot? Arguably it is till on topic most of the time because Baked's fate is now closely connected to IP2 and his streams.
Would it be better to have a general IP2 thread? Should we update the OP and change up the title of this thread a bit? (Baked/IP2 thread or something)

As long as the thread's OP makes it worthwhile, with a good history of IP2 written up in it, whether that OP appears tomorrow or months from tomorrow. As he already stated Baked's current trajectory is tied to IP2, so there's no reason to rush unless somebody feels they got a great OP imho

IMO do the history of how the most toxic fringe of Ice Poseidon's community ruined his life then spun off into IP2. How they got banned from Reddit then became a b-team .win forum. Then jump to Fuentes attempting to use them as a groyper recruitment network through Baked. Cover a few of the noteworthy IRL incidents that have happened under their watch then dump some clips that don't need a history lesson of context that show the degeneracy/LOLcow nature of this all.

I don't think it's worth focusing on or even mentioning any of the specific personalities involved in the OP except Baked, maybe some of the cursed RV cast, Fuentes, and of course legacy Ice because by the time the OP is a month old many of these people will already be forgotten. A better idea IMO is leave these people out of the OP then just do mini-intros for the current players in a different post just to catch up the thread. Keeping any OP up to date with relevant streamers is futile as who actually matters can change multiple times a week depending on who's trying the hardest to impress a forum of mentally ill trolls and ruining their life in the process on any given day.

Smooth Sanchez should really have his own thread at this point if this doesn't just become an IP2 thread. I've only been following him since the bridge incident, but he seems like the most mercurial of them all and he's in NYC, so there's a much higher chance of fucking with the wrong person there than Amarillo or wherever Baked and crew are on a given day.

I like the idea of a general IP2 thread though, whether it's new or just converting this thread. IP2 streamers who aren't currently with Baked (like Smooth Sanchez) or the racist omegle streamers would be a better direct fit in a thread like that than Baked Alaska's thread.
