Trump Enslavement Syndrome - Orange man good. /r/The_Donald and any public demonstration of rabid pro-Trump enthusiasm in spite of all reason.

I know you guys all have your differing criticism of President Donald J. Trump, but let me frank on one thing:

Orange Man bad. Bad at being bad, that is.

Sidney Powell is finding the stolen election happened even in counties that don't exist in the United States, that's how deep this whole thing goes:

Really can't see the downside when you read the whole thing. Having the military hold elections until THE PEOPLE get it right while threatening a shooting war otherwise always works out great.
The American Empire- regardless of the figurehead at the helm- has done this across South America for a century. Why shouldn't it come home?

So who in the military should take part in this?Only the Army and the Marines?I can't imagine any self respecting Navy admiral would want to let the landlubbers have say in this.If you're gonna do it it should be across the services. Also do they get some kind of bonus for this?Or at least a medal?

Most military juntas happen in countries where the army is more significant than the navy, though Egypt and Thailand do field significant navies. The worst case scenario is the IJA and the IJN during WW2, which were run by completely different ministries and barely cooperated on anything.

I was mainly making fun of the entire concept by imagining the brass arguing over who gets what. That having been said in terms of firepower the Air Force and the Navy have the lions share since they control nukes. The Army is way behind and retired its last nukes back in the early 90s.So for anyone writting a techno-thriller about a military dictatorship in the US it would be basically Navy vs Air Force.

I'd imagine something like the Brazilian "Three Stooges" with the head of each branch.

Trump supporters are so assmad right now that the moderators of a libertarian subreddit made a post indicating that any call to violence will result in a ban.

This, itself, is not remarkable as that is a sitewide Reddit rule that mods must enforce.

What is remarkable is that people are so assmad that they tried to report the moderator's post about a ban on calls to violence.

Do you know it's mostly Trump supporters? Reddit leans hard left and the_donald moved to .win so I'd assume most of the calls for violence are coming from communists. For example, all the alt right subreddits got banned but /r/GenZedong is still there.

That's fair.

I frequent the cuckbertarian subreddit. For a while it was sort of brigaded by a bunch of MAGAtarians.

Was that before the_donald was banned, or after? Reddit did have a big right wing contingent before then but nowadays they're pretty rare.

I wonder what will happen to these people when Biden's actually inaugurated and we go back to Washington gridlock-as-usual? Are they going to retreat completely into an alternate reality and pretend Trump won his big gay lawsuit before the SC?
They'll either move on or just say "Not My President" like the TDS lot did for 4 years.

The USA is in the shitter already. Why not go full Brasil?

IIRC Republicans still hold the Senate anyway.

The keys to the White House and access to the "RESIST" hashtag on Twitter change hands at the same time in a solemn ceremony on the 20th.
