I just wonder where all these Nazis were during the Obama years.

Some percentage of Obama voters must have voted for Trump in 2016.
The number was about 9 million iirc
But you can't make that threat after you vote for them, and establish a pattern of voting for them no matter what they do (or don't do).
Which makes the idea of "vote for Biden and then don't let up to force him to put progressive policies" all the more hilarious.

The president is the Commander-in-Chief. One Biden/Harris are in office, the military answers to them.
That does not mean they have to follow their orders. A revolt or mutiny is not outside of the realms of possibility, especially if Harris wants to suspend the Constitution so she can stamp the boot over the faces of the people the military swore to protect.

I think everyone has said that this hate speech litigation would happen regardless. Curbing hate speech has been a liberal pet project for years, and 230 is just a way to go about achieving their goal. Honestly, the only thing I think Null has to worry about is if A. Someone who has a thread here knows how to work the ins and outs of the law or B. Something like New Zealand happens which can nail him.
Not a lawyer, but how do you do hate speech litigation when hate speech laws aren't on the books? Or has some activist judge established precedent that deadnaming a tranny is defamation?

They're supposed to answer to them. Anyone who assumes that the entire army is composed mindless, obedient machines has never interacted with the average grunt or been in a barracks before.

Though different, there are cops that refuse to enforce lockdown restrictions and other unconstitutional edicts, so that sort of thing is not unheard of.

Their idea is to EO everything, which may be slapped down by the courts, especially if Republican judges start pulling the Hawaii (I guess in this case Texas or something) Judge injunction bullshit.

Probably the dumbest piece of boomer lore that needs to die already. They're broken at boot camp to be loyal to the State (aka the Generals who have been selected over the last decade to be loyal to the Federal Bureaucracy), if they are given a seriously unconstitutional order and are even aware of it they might spend a few hours coping until it sounds acceptable enough in their head then go through with it.

You might be overthinking the mindset behind people who believe Trump will cross the Rubicon, it really just boils down to "He and his supporters are absolutely fucked if this election is stolen, along with the future of America as a whole", so by that logic, he would only be left with this option should all peaceful avenues fail. You could argue that his life wouldn't be that bad once he's out of office, but I just cannot see that with how many people absolutely despise him for even trying to disrupt their uniparty in the first place. I can see why this alone would be enough for people to be confident he'll do this, though I'm still skeptical about that myself, if only because I would rather not set myself up for disappointment and with how surreal the scenario is in the first place.
Which is more likely, the right wing fanfic of Trump going full Caesar, or the left wing fanfic of him instantly being locked up on treason charges (and whatever else is on the laundry list of TDS talking points) , with certain conviction because almost everyone well-educated (i.e. judges) hate his guts.

That's because your average grunt in recent years hasn't been given orders that, if disobeyed, would merit courtmartial or even execution. Insubordination in a time of constitutional crisis would get you more than just an NJP.

I hate Game of Thrones, but to quote Petyr Baelish:
"The King's Hand says one man is king. The Queen says another man is king. Who do the Gold Cloaks listen to?"

"....the one that pays them".

Whats with the fucking polls. Save the polls for 2 weeks from now when biden is confirmed by the electoral college

If Biden gets in the right needs to set up its own

1) Media
2) Payment processors and crowdfunding sites
3) Polling organizations

Otherwise, the left will have a monopoly on this stuff. And we can see in this election they weaponized that monopoly very effectively. Actually the right is doing pretty well on 1). I think a bunch of Republican billionaires need to do 2). 3) is basically Baris at this point.

Interesting segment on Bannon's show about how the birthdates for the voters in the stuffed ballots are very unlikely to be real

Here's the article

https://www.revolver.news/2020/12/pennsylvania-election-fraud-exposed-by-suspicious-birthdays/
https://archive.vn/mxa3P

We use a largely ignored data source to identify suspicious voter registrations by county, a data source that is independent of the actual vote outcomes. In other words, we will construct metrics that identify counties that show indications of potential voter fraud regardless of who a county is voting for. Then, once this is done, we will show how these measures correlate with vote outcomes.

Our key insight is that someone making up fake birthdays for voter registrations is unlikely to be able to do so in a truly random manner. Instead, we identify several likely hallmarks of fake birthdays:

-They are likely to excessively cluster on round number days of the month (1, 10, 15, 20, 30, 31), since people generally overweight round numbers.

-They are likely to excessively cluster on January and December for the same reason.

-They are likely to excessively cluster on months of the year which in general have few birthdays in overall demographic data (i.e. fake birthdays will be drawn roughly evenly across months, subject to the round number effect above, while true birthdays tend to cluster more in certain months like July and August, and less in months like February and November).

We call these “suspicious birthdays” — individually any one person can easily have any of the traits above, but having too many overall in a county suggests that fake birthdays have been added to the pool. We take these three measures of suspicious birthdays, and evaluate them against a combination of two types of benchmarks of what might be expected in the absence of fraud. These are designed to ensure that any unusual patterns are not coming from other reasons (e.g. births generally avoiding holidays, or people generally having sex more at certain times of the year):

-A “best guess” benchmark, where we compare each county to overall demographic data:
Historical Day-of-the-month in birthdays from the Social Security Master Death File, and
Historical Month-of-the-year in birthdays for that county from the National Center for Health Statistics

-A “conservative” benchmark, where we also add in measures of each county relative to the distribution of all voter birthdays in the state of Pennsylvania. This has the effect of measuring how unusual each county looks just compared to other counties, and so effectively strips out the average level of fraud across all counties.

We find that even under the conservative distribution, seven counties representing almost 1.4 million votes total (Northumberland, Delaware, Montgomery, Lawrence, Dauphin, LeHigh, and Luzerne) have numbers of suspicious birthdays above the 99.5th percentile of plausible distributions. This represents the average abnormal metric across six different ways of measuring suspicious birthdays. In other words, these counties are not abnormal just along one or two measures, but across the whole range of them. The three worst offenders, Northumberland, Delaware and Montgomery, are above the 99.97th percentile, the 99.91th percentile, and 99.74th percentile respectively, a result extremely unlikely to occur by chance. Montgomery also has significant evidence of voter fraud across entirely separate measures. Meanwhile, 15 counties score above the 95th percentile of abnormal birthdays on average, and these represent almost 3.5 million votes (the additional eight are Berks, Northampton, Cumberland, Bucks, Philadelphia, Monroe, Lancaster and Erie). Recall, these measures are under the conservative benchmark – under the best guess benchmark, the deviations look even more extreme.

It'd be nice if the fraud would be overturned by the courts of GOP state legislatures but that is far from certain. Thus, it makes sense to prepare to #resist a Biden junta for the long haul.

Well firstly, hence the qualifier 'not outside the realms of possibility' and secondly, most of those unconstitutional orders involve them taking action in foreign shitholes which are of no consequence to the rank-and-file. It's a completely different ballgame when you're asking these soldiers to open fire on their brothers, sisters, cousins, etc, on American soil

I'm fine with Rubicon Trump but ideally I'd like Trump going martial law for like two weeks just to have the military grab all the voting machines and whatever ballots remain or should remain and doing a genuine audit. I want the fraud shown more than anything, and doing this while he still has time would be good for being unable to avoid like the news does with the state hearings and also make them scream and hopefully have heart attacks while the GA RINOs and everywhere expose themselves even more.

After the fraud is exposed Trump can just throw up both middle fingers and resign in six months to a year and lets Pence take over. Trump won, exposed fraud, then showed he wasn't cheeto hitler and gave it up to golf in Florida. Trump had the power then gave it up, crushing any attempt for future presidents to do this.

This is my fanfiction ted talk.

But that's exactly it. They don't want competition. Google, Twatter and Facebook are the only one with war chests big enough to fight the defamation/libel lawsuits if 230 is completely repealed, which means they keep/expand their dominance.

I'd say that Biden's actions really say it all. If Biden was the legitimate winner of the election, he'd call for transparency. It makes him look like a better leader than Trump, it assuages all doubt and makes Trump look like the bitter sore loser the media keeps claiming he is. But he's not, so he isn't.

We're really getting a taste of Biden's character here. He's always been a liar and a cheater.
Maybe the cocoon of the media blackout is so strong that Biden's team doesn't even know these legal challenges are happening, and if they do they thinks it's a few Q-boomer kooks filing lolsuits filled with stuff sourced from Infowars that no sane person should ever pay attention to.

I'm sorry, don't you mean "dangerous domestic terrorists who want to destroy democracy, who are also incels"?

By the way, easy solution to the whole family problem: deploy them in regions they hate instead; Deploy Southern good old boys in Yankeetown, deploy Yankees in the South because Sherman needs to do it again, etc.

Easy to solve. Just rotate them around to whichever part of the country to which they have no connections.

Edit: ninja'd

The point is, you cannot rely on other people to save you, especially not strangers.

They know they're happening because they're begging for money

Firstly that might not be logistically practical and secondly you need your head examined if you think the average grunt would be okay with other American soldiers killing his family.
