A guess. Only one I see that matches all those criteria. I only knew about the 4 bed bit but not the 1 bath and 1300 a month. That one says 1500 a month real big but also says estimate at 1300 a month so not sure which it would actually be. This one is close to his current place as well.

On the child support vs parental rights thing.

I know a lady in california who offered that exact same deal to her baby daddy who was honestly a fool to turn it down. He felt embarrassed and dragged her through family court just to punish her. He didnt even visit or try to have a relationship with his kid.

The court even had an app where parents can text eachother and make appointments for visitation to which the court can review the fucker didnt even download that app.

Ralph should take that deal, because here is the thing he ll have a record about how the evil mothers family manipulated him. In their evil quest to keep them from eachother.

All ralph would have to do it take the deal then publically tweet at the vickers asking to see his son, if they dont roll over they are the bad guys etc.
