He did give us info last time. He stopped because Faith got pregnant and any sort of stress, (well deserved or not) can harm the baby.

As far as the legal concerns, what can Vickers do? If Faith doesn't want to press charges he can't force her. She's old enough (lol) to make that choice. All he can do is sit and watch his daughter be an idiot and I know its frustrating to watch someone you care about fuck up their life.

Anyway, whether you like him or not he's giving us a good harvest right now. Who cares if its the right thing to do? We are not his therapists and shit is fuck for them enough as is. Let the man be petty. Ralph deserves it.

Schitzotheory: I think Faith knew (and was happy) about the house. Maybe she even instigated it on behalf of baby Josh. She was pleased that her good friend May was moving in to help with rent. Maybe they went to DC to celebrate and sign the paperwork. When they go out for drinks May and Ralph get wasted but Faith has to stay sober because of the pregnancy. When Ralph and May get flirty she flips out and it’s strangle-time.

Maybe this is what May was talking about when she mentioned visitation. Ralph’s not going to travel to California every week for visitation; they’d have to be longer, more infrequent visits. Maybe Faith was planning on letting Ralph see the baby at his place occasionally, with or without her, but won’t agree if May’s there.

Alternatively, Faith’s said Ralph can’t see the baby if he’s still at the crack shack. If May really has gone off Ralph then maybe she’s planning to back out now Faith’s not around, threatening his visitation.

Powerlevel here, but part of my graduate thesis involved translating the first three chapters of the 'Republic'. and reading Vickers reference above kills my soul a little bit. I want to like this guy but he makes it so fucking hard. I knew I was going to despise this motherfucker when I broke down and read his account of Faith's psychiatric stay in D.C. where he described how a female psychiatrist began to cry over the phone because Faith was going to sign herself out of treatment. That was an absurd lie written in the very same essay where he basically comparted his mentally ill teenage daughter's actions to a infamous Canadian psychopath.
