Regarding the apparent and imminent repeal of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and the future of this website.

Hasn't Trump threatened to veto the reimplementation of the patriot act and they just delayed implementing the bill? I don't really know all the details and I'm aware others want to get rid of 230 but couldn't they find ways around it just to not let Trump have his way? Could be wrong on all this though (not American nor do I know shit about this).

I'm trying to imagine what I'll do instead in the mornings while I drink my coffee. Go back to 4chan? /pol/ is unreadable and I haven't used other boards like /tg/ in over half a decade. Try to get back on twitter? It's a massive pain in the ass for me to get a working burner phone # and an account would stay up maybe a week before I'd have to find a new burner. I can't even think of any other websites, not even shitty ones.

What the fuck is there to do on the internet anymore?

In the worst case scenario and Trump gets what he wants...that means we actually have the last laugh.

Because just look at how many people we document that hate both us and Trump. Now, if Trump were to indirectly be the reason the farms finally goes down...boy, wouldn't that be a massive paradox for their asses?

Should have added onto my last post but fuck you guys, I'm posting again. I have no faith that a repeal will be challenged. Trump has a Supreme Court full of rapists, retards, and a newly appointed femoid who can't list the rights granted by the first amendment. Trump has advocated for a "free and fair press" but a free and fair press lets you call out bullshit on the internet. I'm a doomer because we are literally doomed.

4chan will go down too. Twitter will be killed by the consequences of a lost lawsuit eventually if enough people suicide-bomb it with pedo porn.

Eventually, the entirity of user-generated content on the internet avaible to Americans will consist of Zuckberg-owned sites and the Microsoft tech support forums, which will probably be less than what Africans get from Facebook ISPs.

I don't know if you've been there recently but 4chan is as zogged as reddit is now. It's a perfectly globo-homo curated experience of prepackaged recognizable threads to generate clicks and user traffic. I feel like I'm walking through a mall whenever I go there, getting sterile spritzes of perfume I never intend to buy from an unpaid intern with a smile stapled on their face. It's staying up, just without /pol/.
