It won't be as intense as it's been till now, though. Immediately after the election, we all thought it would be fairly easy to discover fraud and flip the states. As it's been progressing, the realization of how effective the fraud was and more importantly, how cucked the GOP is have been steadily dooming us. It's pretty clear that there's very little that can be done now. Trump needed something big this week and nothing happened. I'd place more emphasis on how wilfully useless the court system is rather than the "effectiveness" of the fraud- it's effective in the literal sense of likely getting Biden in, but the fraud itself was so obvious that it's not even worth respecting from a more detached perspective. Power is everything, at the cost of whatever dignity the supposed land of the free had left.

As I stated my opinion before, if they don't push a case to SCOTUS or fail at it before the electoral vote, you're heading into uncharted territory as all of that is on the boundaries of theoretical physics. By that point it's just insane to try and eject Biden out after that date. If Trump doesn't slam dunk a court case over there within a week and a half, then it's time to cash out because the probability is so low for him to stay that you have a better chance winning in the lottery, becoming leader of a country, and getting fifty anime bitches.

Trump will probably lose but I don't think Alito is cucking out, but offering an ultimatum to get this over with, if I am reading it correctly. If the SCOTUS won't take up the case before or on the 9th, then it is 100% truly done for.

The safe harbor deadline only applies to new cases and suits and IIRC, appealing something to SCOTUS would count as a preexisting lawsuit. The end dates for those are December 14th.

The EC end date is the 14th. Having the SCOTUS pick up the case before or by the 9th might put these cases within safe harbor, but just barely. Don't quote me on that.,
