Well, now we know why Biden broke his foot:

So, he was in the shower, rinsing his wrinkly old balls, and then, while still naked and dripping wet from head to toe, Biden decides to chase after his dog and yank on his tail, and then he goes ass over teakettle like the demented old fuck that he is, and wham, hairline fracture in his foot.

You know it's clown year when the best state in the nation happens to be Florida. Que Dios los bendiga, you glorious bastards.
Got to keep in mind Trump is now a Florida man. And we stick up for our own.

Florida has become a laughingstock to become the best state in 20 years. We have essentially become a bizzaro California. And I am ok with it.

yeah early on DeSantis gave into the coof bullshit but since issued an order to the effect of FUCK LOCAL COOF FINES and is probably about to come to blows with Orange County Mayor Val Demmings' Husband over it as he's got threats of a new exec order of "wear the masks, plebs" on deck

I was about to pass this up but the only way this could be better is if it had Orange Bird

He's called for a law that's basically stating "In Florida, if you loot, you get the shoot."

No mercy with this guy. The real law and order candidate.
Hey GOP, look at this:

A Republican governor who has balls, is not afraid to stand up to the mob, is not afraid to stand up for law and order, and is not afraid to stand up for conservatism ... And Trump wins this state by a comfortable margin (much larger than 4 years ago). Give it a few more years, and I guarantee Florida will be looking redder and redder as the years go on (which is yuge). This is exactly why DeSantis needs a second term.

It's almost as if when a conservative actually stands up for their causes and gets their messages out there, then they see victory, and the state doesn't see any magical "demographic shift" becoming the state's destiny.

Hilarious how that works.

At this point in time, if DeSantis ever has his eyes set on the Presidency in the future, he's got my vote. He needs to stay in FL for a second term though; he's done good for the state in such a short period of time.
Yeah, DeSantis definitely needs to have at least two terms under his belt before running for President or Vice-President - the last thing the man wants to do is Sarah Palin himself.

Care to give some info on what he's done? I kinda want him to run for the 2024 presidential election.
He basically busted up the Broward County electoral fraud machine in 2018.

Not that anyone in this thread cares, but he approved a huge land acquisition for wildlife. It was big enough that even some of my lefty professional acquaintances had to give him credit for, while other sour-pusses simply said "the state".
I personally like conservatives who actually want to conserve America's disappearing ecosystems.

DeSantis please annex Georgia after Stacey Abrams inevitably wins her 2022 landslide with 9000% turnout, please...

The man made the state virtually fraud proof (more than post-2000/pre-Obama) once he got in. I swear he'll actually toss guys in jail for once, if he catches them.

He pixked up the most memetic state in country and is working to add it to the Republican's semi-Solid South (rip Georgia and Virginia).

McCain, Flake, Ducey: You can see why an Arizona Senator seat was stolen by Sinema and is being manufactured into being a blue state. Democrats loved McCain more than Republicans for God's sake!

Kemp, Sperger and the entire Georgia GOP: Sleepy, lazy, and didn't expect that it would even go blue because of their governor and SoS's incompetence or more for the former, selling the state to the Democrats.

PA, MI, WI: Their Democrat governors are totally in on this, as well as ever other body of government that has a Democrat majority. The GOP bodies there are so weak, however.

The strategy for future Republicans is so fucking easy.

It's not Reagan, its Teddy Roosevelt. Become the party of conservation, populism, trust busting and having a big stick again. Add in American trade policy reform and you have a golden ticket with the right candidate.

Although we know Teddy only became president because monopolies of the time wanted him as VP and out of the picture, but didn't account for an Anarchist gunman killing their frontman on the ticket. But whatever, go Bull Moose redux.

I mean, there was a time the GOP was big on conservationism.

Understood populism and the importance of trust busting, too.

I think the GOP wonks need to find a way to find a balance between protecting the labor and financial interests of the various "dirty" industries like mining, manufacturing, and energy (which in my opinion has the effect of protecting strategic resources for the nation) as well as preserving our natural resources and environment. Thread the needle, and they'd be able to draw in both more blue collar workers as well as suburban voters.

Edit: ninja'd by @GuntPunt

This is the party that allowed Obamacare to be set up to be "deemed and passed" by the Democrats back in December of 09 because the Republicans in the Senate didn't want to filibuster or continue debate or add amendments, instead whining that they all wanted to go home for Christmas.
Wasn't Democrat majority at that time unfilibusterable?
