You have no idea how many times I have said this. You don't have to go all the way to get an AVO you just need to report to the police so that when another woman calls the police and they actually do have evidence, the report can show that this person is an abuser and is a danger to society rather than a slap on the wrist because of one altercation. Regardless, the Vickers need to start a papertrail anyway for the eventual custody battle ahead.
