Because the threat stated a method, time, and location (by way of event). It's difficult to say given the volume of this thread, but that has to be the worst thing posted. Trailing by a great margin is saying that "the right" needs to "fight" and burn stuff down, but that's still nowhere near threatening or even mobilizing.
That said, IIRC, that post was made at a time when no such event was scheduled.
I don't expect Null to take the heat of federal law enforcement for the stupidity of his site's users-- I don't think anyone should expect that.
