I agree with you on those points, though it is insulting to immediately say the jews when my motivations were completely separated from that. I get that the conditioned response most people have is if it has jews in it then it must be solely for that reason it is brought up.It's more a matter of what came up to the docket and whether they decided to pick their cases. Most likely, if an electoral challenge is brought before them, they'll very likely go on to hear it. The two cases are a question of estates and shit, and more importantly, is a question of how far US law can reach into other countries or forcing those countries to have to litigate in the US. The questions presented are actually kind of complex, and at least how the Hungarian one is phrased, I would as a matter of policy rule for Hungary.
Regardless the Hungarian one I think would be the more interesting case seeing as it involved expropriated items from the families. The Phillip one was a sale though so I don't see that going anywhere.
