Distinct legal entities do not exist exactly the same under the same laws in every country. Is an American LLC called an LLC in Australia? In New Zealand? If kiwi farms forums is hosted in the US then it falls under US laws.

There is nothing literally stopping a person from filing a suit to a website host for any reason. Biased moderation would be one of them.

The moment Twitter (or whoever) ignores the letter of the law, tries to moderate, is found to be a publisher and takes a blow to the kidneys over the decision, all of these other censorship-prone platforms will throw up their hands and stop moderating anything. If the law can't find the original poster, there won't be any real way to take that content down.
