If Green had any sense she'd have sent a trained PR person onto Newsnight. Or at the very least actually have undergone some media training herself, it's not as if the outcome of this case wasn't a forgone conclusion.
That's not how any of this works though.
Green took her bullied homosexual child to Boston to have experimental hormone treatment by a doctor that she certainly didn't understand.
She then took her child to to Thailand to have a stink ditch fitted for his 16th birthday, whereupon Thailand made this illegal.
Everything she has done since is based on validating this decision, including having people arrested for criticising it, which she did with Posie Parker:

I would compare this situation to some other countries where institutional capture has taken place. For example in Indonesia the army acted against Islamist leader Riziek Shihab because the police had been captured

The trans lobby is in the same position as fundamentalist Islamists in that they hold irrational views not backed by evidence, believe in 'correcting' the genitals of homosexuals, demand that people be silenced and imprisoned for criticising them, and threaten violence when criticised. When their activities are curtailed, as with Dr. Webberley, they flee outside the jursidiction and continue to forment terror from outside (whether it be from Spain or Saudi Arabia).
I'm not sure who specifically is Tranny Bin Laden in this context, probably Owen Jones, but anyway Susie Green is so used to lying about science, using emotional abuse, threats of suicide, arrest, and so on, that she has never at any point actually had to justify any of her beliefs with anything resembling logic or reason, so when she was called to go on Newsnight she imagined she could just say 'shut up bigot' a bunch of times, and it would work, as it does with most Twitterers.
The evidence is Green's debating technique still works, given that there are enough journalists willing to lie for the cause, as in this Mirror article
