If Faith has gone to the police then sheāll have no problem getting a restraining order and given that sheās pregnant DCFS will probably be taking a good look at if and where contact takes place. Itās unlikely that him choking her would go anywhere legally unless Pantsu or another witness come forward or thereās footage. Revenge porn may go further but even if not, DCFS donāt have to meet the bar of āreasonable doubtā to stop him being involved in the kidsā life or demand only supervised visits. Itās unlikely that Ralph has the money to legally challenge it and not being able to see the kid wonāt stop him owing child support. Iām not sure if restraining orders would be reported to a probation officer but if so then he may not be getting permission to leave the state for visits anyway.
I canāt see a California social worker being particularly sympathetic to anāevil Nazi streamerā whoās also a felon and whose teenage babymama accuses him of violence, revenge porn and giving her alcohol underage.
Heās going to be paying for a kid that he never sees outside of a visitation centre, watched closely by social workers who hate him.
Child Protective Services is the bane of existence for every American trashbag with weak pullout game. It can also be used as an easy way to fuck someone's shit up.
I know of a mother who said on Facebook that a woman she hated had "a moustache." Moustache Lady proceeded to nark this mom off to CPS in retaliation--and took her kids away. Herself. Kept three goofy looking autistic kids for years like the spoils of a retarded war.
Of course there were legitimate reasons there that allowed this to happen (drugs, chomo boyfriends) and the mother is still in denial over said reasons to this day. Regardless, this mother of the decade used social media to point out facial hair on a woman, and was rewarded with humiliation and pain. Still cries to this day about the supervised visits.
I'm not saying these situations are ideal. They often cause more harm than good.
We know full well this is not one of those cases.
Ethan will chimp out at those supervised visits. Provided he even bothers. Good thing he never insults people online.
