0.5% of the duplicate ballots is not 0.5% of all ballots. A duplicate ballot is made manually when the original ballot can't be read by the machine. They did a review of 1626 duplicate ballots and found 9 errors, 7 for Trump and 2 for Biden. The net change was +7 Trump votes. Since this comes out to an error in 1 out of every roughly 200 ballots I think calling this fraud instead of human error is more than a bit of a stretch.

Considering there are sworn affidavits in Michigan and I think Georgia, need to rewatch the testimony, stating that duplicate ballots weren't monitored and often just taken without reason and filled out sways the pendulum more toward knowingly defrauding or ignorantly committing fraud without the proper training. Just going off the testimony and affidavits, evidence, in the least, it doesn't look good.
