I haven't been paying attention. There are many women who would be interested in getting a visa in europe. However you would actually need to 'provide', in your definition. Do you feel those women are too low for you?

You are unwilling to work for the women you want. What is the word I feel is key here... perhaps, 'work'? You offer no stable base, not mentally nor materially. You want someone to take care of you even as someone with nothing to offer? I think we all know who that sounds like.

Especially since "courtship" has been around since pre-athens time. Granted, during the early 1600s they required chaperones and stuff for the high class wealthy ladies... but still.

Does Holden not realize that pretty much all European "dating" WAS seduction? There were tons of girls that got seduced, had sex outside marriage, and then got pregnant. That's where the whole "she's going to visit her aunt" thing came from. Abortions were done in scary alleyways with "magic doctors" who would essentially pour mercury and other unsave chemicals "into the womb" to "extract" the baby. Midwives would give women of wealth special brews to prevent pregnancy or to abort an already fertilized egg.

Pretty much most of the royalty weddings back in the day went like this:
Step 1: family of a daughter wanted to get rich(er)
Step 2: basically sell daughter to an elderly man, maybe an Earl or Duke, for land and money and power
Step 3: elderly man is waaaaay to old to be having kids
Step 4: a young Viscount comes to visit
Step 5: four months later, Daughter is now pregnant.

Yes, marriages back in those days WERE done for some sort of betterment to the daughter's family. It was done for a profit. But women cheated with men they "loved" or "lusted" all the fucking time.

Hell, if a man who lived on another man's land just got married; there were laws that stated the landowner could be the first one to fuck the new bride.

Holden always says these arranged marriages and shit were better back in the day because men wanted to make sure that they're kids were their kids... but back then, there was literally NO WAY to know. At least nowadays there's tests that can prove if it's yours or not.

Does it want to make the girls it plays with at school fuck animals while it records it?

If you answered "yes" to any of these, it's Holden's kid and should be put down immediately. It'd be a mercy killing.

Another solution would be for Western women to be declared wild animals and dealt with in a similar manner to how certain animals are under the wild animal control statutes of various countries. Hence the owners of women would be required to brand, tether or tag them, or they would be considered "wild", in which case men would be free to claim them or hunt them or whatever. There would be a limit to how many women a man could own at any given time (excluding daughters), and husbands and fathers would have first claim. Women allowed to roam around unsupervised and cause trouble by irresponsible owners would be impounded and destroyed.

Any better ideas?
