I think it's more "the building will have SCPTUS stuff happening, but we won't be giving tours to visiting middle schoolers.

People also believe a lot of high profile people who died in car accidents were assassinated. Like a surprising number of people think Patton was assassinated.

It's extremely rare for modern cars to blow up in such a way. When I was in school for AT, we had to learn about gas lines for different vehicles. Modern vehicles have complex lines in order to prevent explosive crashes, hence that's why they rarely happen nowadays.
