The first part is actually ambiguous. She could argue that she never consented to the release because she was in the hospital, and at the time believed his claim that he was hacked. The second part says nothing about her consenting to it being released, only recorded. Consent to record does not imply consent to release. If, now, she says that she doesn't believe he was hacked and that he did release it, then it wouldn't fly in the face of her first statement.

Honestly this fucking five minute video might just be what saves Ralph from being convicted of releasing revenge porn, just because this dumb broad was too enamored with the gunt and rebelling against her seemingly normal parents. Call me pessimistic (or optimistic), but her stating in this video that her parents abused her and that she never wants to move back in with them (even though she's back with them now) makes it pretty damn evident that she will stretch the truth and lie about anything just so that she can get her way based on her whim at the moment. Perhaps, but in a situation like this there would have to be some forensic investigation, usually involving looking into login information for the accounts in question. If there is an IP that logged in at the time the leak happened on both the Instagram (where the video was sent) and the YouTube account (that told Chris to open it) then Ralph would have a decent chance of making the case that he didn't release it and, in fact, he was hacked. The prosecution would pay for it, too, because no elected politician wants to be seen as "not helping abused women". If the investigation came back and showed that, yes, Ralph was the only one to log into the account at that time then Ralph's going to plead out because he can't go in front of a jury, he'd never win.
