Did anyone bother to try and find out what "computer crime" is and why she got off with probation?

She sent a video of her and her ex-husband having sex to the woman he ex is now dating and called her a fat old whore. A chad move that only makes me like her more.
Trying to use that to dismiss her show what a bunch of pathetic desperate cucks dems are.

She then perjured herself before admitting that she lied.

I thought that the SCOTUS only gets involved if the lesser courts have rendered a verdict that the plaintiff did not agree to and appealed.

Edit: also, the SCOTUS has to agree to take the case.

Is it possible that they would the lesser courts can impact the process by prolonging the verdict beyond those next three days?

Trump's lawyers lost their appeal on the PA lolsuit in the Third Circuit on the 27th of November.

They haven't appealed it to the Supreme Court yet.

Lower courts are not delaying anything.

Just remember guys, if we get enough states thrown out such that neither candidate gets 270, it goes to Congress and the top three choices by number of electors get voted on by the House in a state delegation system (each state gets one vote)

All we need is one faithless elector after that to make the right choice for America.... and Jeb! can win.

This is based as shit

Two years before she'd become the breakout star of the clown show Rudy Giuliani brought to Lansing this week, Mellissa Carone was sending her then-boyfriend's ex-wife graphic videos of the two of them having sex.

Police reports obtained by Deadline Detroit reveal obscenity and computer crime charges filed against the 33-year-old Grosse Pointe Woods mother stem from a harassment campaign she waged against a 42-year-old woman in 2018 and 2019. Earlier Friday, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said Carone pleaded the initial charges down to disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

Her boyfriend's ex-wife, Jessica, called Southgate police about Carone multiple times between November 2018 and September 2019, initially after receiving three videos from an unknown email address showing Carone and her ex having sex. Carone's last name was then Wright.

Police traced the IP address from the emails to Carone, who initially denied sending them but revealed she was aware of their content. Eventually, she confessed to investigators, saying her goal was to send Jessica “over the top.” She admitted to also asking her boyfriend to cover her tracks by getting a new router and internet provider.

It seems like she was just using her First Amendment right rights by sending the video.

@3119967d0c Why are they delaying the appeal? Wouldn't it be better for them to file their appeal sooner so that the supreme court could have more time to work with.

Assuming that they would even pick up this case?
That depends on your analysis of what's going on.

My personal opinion is that the Trump campaign is not proceeding as if they actually believed there was any sort of fraud going on.

Regardless of what is going on with the court cases, the Trump campaign has raised over $200k split about 3:1 between a Trump-owned PAC and the Republican National Committee.

They've spent $3 mill to pay for a recount that put Biden a further 1200 votes ahead, about $2.6 million on lawyers, and about $2.3 million on text ads. All of those expense items are things that they had to do to run a fundraising campaign, not a legal campaign.

All jokes aside, if Trump really believed A) he was cheated B) he could win, they would be well into the tens of millions retaining really top lawyers A good portion of those lawyers would be involved in recruiting really top tier- or at least plausible- expert witnesses and coaching them to produce affidavits that meet all the necessary requirements to be considered in court.

Ex-lawyers become politicians like Giuliani who haven't practiced in a decade wouldn't be involved in any way besides doing PR, and people more notable as Fox News guests than lawyers like Lindsey Ellis would not be allowed anywhere near the actual work being done.

What's actually going on has... not been that. The failure to actually push towards the Supreme Court in the PA case shows there is nothing really going on legally.

The much touted Kraken lawsuits, while not connected to the official Trump lawsuits, have just exemplified that. The filings in response to Pearson v. Kemp are really something else. #60 and #62 are actually interesting reading. I can't imagine trying to pretend that a survey of landline phone numbers that only got 0.4% of people to respond is likely to be in any way representative, but that really is what Matt Braynard is trying to do.

I'll believe it when it happens but I also won't discount it until its wrong
If they expect things to be resolved in the Supreme Court- why haven't they appealed the PA case?

Remember, they can't suddenly include new 'evidence', the appeal has to be on the facts they presented in the lower courts. So why wouldn't they want to get to the SC as soon as possible, if their intention is to win there, rather than to fundraise?

That's an extremely valid question, and its truly grifter season for con inc.

Only thing I can think of is that they want to try to force a rushed decision, or try to injunct enough of the certifications to make my original prediction happen and give Jeb! the presidency (please God)

That's weird. How did this make it past the "disputed" warning?

Amazing how fast the media can find out about these small little things about seemingly random people in such short notice, but they can't be bothered to investigate or demonstrably prove there was no "widespread voter fraud", Russian-collusion in the 2016 election, what happened with Epstein, Hunter Biden's shady dealings, and a whole host of other things.

I just don't see it being possible.

I am no legal expert, but with cases of this importance, I would expect every SC justice has tasked their clerks with looking at the cases that the Trump lawyers have advanced, researching the claims made in the affidavits and the legal arguments made, and giving them a good basis for a decision should the cases be appealed to them (if not actual draft opinions). Those clerks will be receiving solicited and unsolicited advice from the likes of the Federalist Society on various legal questions raised in the various cases.

Taking that into consideration- there is no reason to try and drag things out and then 'rush' the Supreme Court at the last minute, as everything relevant will already have been all but resolved in advance for the vampires in the black robes.

Nor does it make political sense.. the last thing Trump's Federalist Society appointees would want to do is overturn the results of the election and cause uncertainty in the stock market.

If I was running the show, she would totally be allowed to remain in the ethnostate.

I mean considering how out to lunch Biden is he probably mistook it for Cornpop.
Funny 96KF.jpg

I like the one where Biden's family was responsible for Thomas' family's enslavement, Thomas' grandfather was Cornwallis 'Pop-pop' Thomas, and Clarence adopted his name to avenge the wrongs his family has suffered.

For 400 years, Joseph, my family has suffered at the hands of yours. Ever since the first Bidens kidnapped my ancestors in the middle of the night from our small fishing village, we were forced to pick corn while your family got rich off of our work, our bodies, our souls. My grandfather Cornwallis "Pop-pop" Thomas told me these stories the night of his death. With his dying breath, he told me to avenge the family name.

And so I began. I took his moniker, and worked to ascend the eschilons of power. Now, look where we stand. No longer a lifeguard and Corn Pop, but as a presumptive President-Elect and a Supreme Court Justice. Now, with your election results coming in, Joseph, it would be a shame if someone stole them, like a small boy from the west African shores 400 years ago.

The harvest is finally here, Joseph. I hope you are ready to collect.

Now take a seat, Joseph, and tell me where the ballots came from.

Tbf, anyone donating to any kind of political cause that isn't a lobbyist is a fucking retard. Like how in the fuck is anyone this retarded to get grifted out of their money in such a way, even sargon paypiggies are higher in the sewer.

This thread has lost its fucking mind. Now there's conspiracy theories of the CIA controlling a kid's car as a warning. Nigger, the CIA doesn't need to do warnings. That is movie tier bullshit.

I don't know what you're talking about.

Everything so far seems pretty reasonable to me.
cool, show me the conviction of perjury?
or at least a charge of perjury?
You're not just desperately grasping AGAIN, right?

>Taking anything Xi Jinping's personal goatfucker says seriously.

Nigga who's your dealer?

Don't get my hopes up. It hurts too much.
