Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump's personal attorney, claimed on Twitter Friday night that the ruling is a big win for the president in his fight against the election results.

But according to the order, released Saturday by the State Court Administrative Office, the case relates to a challenge brought by a voter concerned about a close outcome on a village marijuana proposal. The order says voter William Bailey alleges that ballots were damaged during a recounting of the county's ballots conducted Nov. 6, and the result was that a marijuana proposal in the Village of Central Lake shifted from a tie vote to passing by one vote.

The Republic has been flatlining and the President has been jumping it with the paddles, getting bursts of life intermittently, with the establishment Republicans and Democrats waiting with a smothering pillow when Trump is forced out of the room.

Only reason I post is come up with solutions. Unfortunately the situation Isnt great so any solution is going be unpleasant.

The current republic is illegitimate or has become a hazard to law abiding citizens.

So maybe its time to work on forming a second republic?

No. Im not advovating for glow bait stuff.

One way the left destroys stuff is endless criticism. They endlessly point out the bad in their opposition and then constantly associate themselves with good things.

This is done to gain legitimacy and destroy their opposition's right to rule.

The right can do this. They can argue how the goverment has become hostile, has become illegitimate, thus the laws and the enforcement agencies are no longer legitimate. Thus should no longer be complied with.

Then start finding militias and self defense groups to with glowing publicity to help boost their legitimacy.

I dont know. Not sure if Im making sense with this but a tactic is within the farms ability.

Far more defensible then saying how to lead up a left wing protest

It's a nice moment but a little too late, quite honestly. I said this was the last week for a state to flip and none did. Unfortunately, Biden is going to get away with the steal. The good thing about the speech is to signal to the base that Trump didn't lose, he was cheated out, meaning that the GOP's hopes of going back to being the neocon loser party is going to be harder. When even Crenshaw is taking shots against Biden for his stances on 2A, you know this movement is here to stay for the moment, and the GOP knows it.

And yes,

@GaRepublicans bought them because the purchase made $$ for companies that had donated thousands to them and had well-connected lobbyists that were staffers for @GovKemp & others. I believe my exact quote was “The whole thing reeks of corruption!”

This election meltdown was 100% predictable even before COVID. But we could make some changes - like passing my bill allowing voters to continue to receive absentee ballots without requesting them each time & allowing voters to vote at any precinct in their county.

So it turns out if you sequester the voting machines and not let them get the update to disable the functionality from Dominion...

The software algorithm stays in place.

Then you just put through 50 confirmed trump ballots and 50 confirmed biden ballots, and somehow biden ends up with 75 votes and trump gets 25.

Let me repeat what I've said before: Trump was never supposed to contest this.
