Yes, things will get bad if Biden ultimately wins, and then the GOP goes on to lose the GA run-off elections. But that has nothing to do with what options the Dems will have if Trump succeeds with his court challenges, and/or if the GOP wins the run-off in Georgia.

Ideally, those votes just can’t count to the state total for every race, it’s like PA and just complete incompetence ruining it for everyone who voted. It’s an Atlanta suburb that I think is a posh white liberal area. That the response came from a county attorney and not an election official makes it smell even more.
So the SCOTUS either chose to kick the can down the road, or they didn’t see the machinations in play before they manifested and got so advanced nothing can be done about it. Either way, things don’t sound good for Trump.
