It was a case about a specific set of votes in a specific county, where the lawyer said they weren't alledging fraud (at that time) because because the case was over election procedure being followed, not specifically fraud. He was already corrected and then when right back to claiming Trump's lawyers said there was no fraud anywhere.

If there’s anything they should take away from Trump’s strategy, it’s his risk-taking. To me, I think that if more politicians were courageous enough to actually say what they mean and risk unpopularity, they’d be way better off. As seen with Trump, he’s practically made a brand of using any negative attention to his advantage and using it to gain more sympathy. Frankly, in 2016 I was really on the fence about Trump, but the unnecessarily negative press made me feel bad for him and want to learn more about his actual policies, more than I would have had the media been neutral or positive towards Trump. These politicians miss the real reason why people like Trump and just think that they can mimic the way he speaks, but without conviction or action behind it, it means nothing and people see through that.

That's the thing though - Trump is Trump, and he really can't be duplicated. His particularly ability to take and make use of negative attention was due to a combination of his decades of experience in the New York gossip market that he took advantage of, and the fact that he's a billionaire with fuck you money.

The lawsuits in question were about procedure, not fraud there is a difference. Now we are in the “accuse of fraud“ phase. The lawyers said the lawsuits were not about fraud because if they did, it would have been perjury based on the terms of the lawsuits themselves. You are the one saying that Trump is gonna get the SC to rig the election for him, so you are apparently not as confident as you claim.

And it doesn't matter how partisan they are. Their duty is to the constitution, not to Trump. The lawsuits being thrown out in lower courts doesn't bode well for him in the higher courts. Bush also won some of the Florida lawsuits, such as the recount one. And not only would Trump have to prove fraud in one state, but in a bunch. And again, his lawyers, when under oath, said there was no fraud. They aren't stupid enough to tweet it, because Trump is their customer and he's paying them to appease him.
