Oh no! Louis deleted his Twitter account! What's the reason this time?

Lou once again commenting upon a country and culture he knows nothing about. As a British person, may I request that you eat a bag of dicks, shithead.

Someone actually questions Lou's bus fare bullshit and Lou insults them as usual:

I'm guessing he'll be seething about this for the rest of the day and it might trigger some angry tweets and maybe a DFE. Keep a watch on him, my faithful terrorists.

Of course he doesn't agree with the notion of work:

Pretty well everything else has been addressed already, so I'll skip over most of this, but did Lou misread that brass knuckle special tweet? Why would someone who's never worked a day in their life be on board with retail workers kicking someone's ass? Especially when someone like Lou has a high probability of being on the receiving end. I really think he read it as getting the right to kick a retail workers ass instead.

All community service programs I've ever heard of either let you pick your own assignment or give you a list of participating placements in the local community. Places like Salvation Army and Goodwill are always accepting volunteers even if they are criminals.
I love how that makes the one job he's ever, ever had actually a punishment, and he's never been actually employed his whole life.

Of course, he vaguely mentioned trying to do it again this year only once. Like so many of his lies, he was just saying whatever he could in the moment that he thought would make him look less pathetic.

this has probably been answered a while back, but is there any value in who Lou constantly shifts between "my family is transphobic and want me out of their lives", "my parents are dead", and "I don't want my immunocompromised parents to die"?

Well, I guess this officially means that Lou has had exactly zero jobs in his life. I wouldn't count the Salvation Army bell-ringing as a job because from the dates lining up, he most likely did it as community service for the assault charges. While some Salvation branches will actually pay people to ring, Lou presumably wasn't. Him being featured in that 2015 news article mostly seems like pure chance.

I would almost feel bad for Lou being a hopeless NEET if he wasn't so incredibly obnoxious to everyone around him and proven dozens of times that he absolutely deserves his terrible reputation.

Is it possible to download his rap sheet from that site or any other? I want, nay need, to know the details of his crimes.

Also, are we sure the record isn't for his father, Louis Gagliardi II?
I tried searching the Wesmoreland Clerk of Courts website for his official criminal record but couldn't figure it out. Not sure if those case filings are public in Pa. His Greensburg, Pa address is located in Westmoreland County.

This is the full info sheet from truthfinder.com. I searched by his name and birthdate so we know its him.

Pennsylvania's dockets can be publicly viewed at this site, but I can't seem to find any for Lou myself. If someone else wants to take a look, go ahead.

Never mind, I found Lou's court docket after all. I misspelled his last name so it didn't originally show up to me. Legal documents aren't my strong suit so maybe someone can read this better than I can.

Here are some screencaps for those who don't want to download the pdfs:

It's also worth pointing out searching the name "Louis Gagliardi" brought up literally dozens of charges from both his late father and (what I assume) is Lou's grandfather. I guess shitty behavior runs in the family, but I'm genuinely surprised that Lou's record is as small as it is.

The plot thickens. Trying not to say too much but I do know that violent tendencies are a huge help to being declared disabled. If you can't control your urge to smash girls' heads into lockers it's probably difficult to maintain a job. And once again from the same sources you can work, all the people I know of have caseworkers that assist with all of the steps (paperwork and locating appropriate work) and some places I believe will absolutely employ part time disabled people, and know how to manage the specifics. Lou can basically probably find people to do most of the work besides the interview and actually showing up to his job.

If you look at the docket, most of those are actually traffic related: tickets for various things. There's two on that list that are civil cases, and then two that are non-traffic (of which Lou's disorderly conduct by fighting case is one). Daddy dearest comes up on the list for criminal cases on the Court of Common Pleas, though, with theft cases dated to 1998.

If Lou Sr was a thief it would explain both Lou's disdain for retail workers (who may have caught him in the act) and his massive sense of entitlement. "Other people have nice things, I don't see why I shouldn't have them too" is the reasoning of every shoplifter, cutpurse and burglar who isn't feeding a drug habit. Given that Mama Gags is also a convicted thief, things start to fall into place.

He did claim he was diagnosed bipolar, right? I'm not completely familiar with the system over in America, since the UK's one is so fucked, but I was told if you have a diagnosis it's pretty simple to file the forms and get your money. You have to really fight for it over here and go through assessments and stuff, but if it was as simple as getting a doctor to confirm you had a disability and file the forms he wouldn't have had to do much.

Still, if he is on disability it makes all this grifting so much more disgusting. Lying about not getting a job because of trans related discrimination when in reality there's a legitimate reason, but it's better for the pity points and free money to say otherwise. I'm surprised he wouldn't say "I'm a disabled trans woman" for extra bucks though, so I'm still slightly on the fence with this not gonna lie. Feels like a huge missed opportunity that our boy just wouldn't miss.

That being said, can you still work whilst on disability? Is it an incapacity benefit? If so, why say you're ringing the bells for the salvation army this year? Why is this such an extended LARP?? There's literally no reason- Lou would BENEFIT from saying he was disabled in today's online pity buck climate.

Unless, mega tinfoil time, his mother is the one who gets disability money and she's the one buying him stuff/giving him money :story:
It's really hard to permanent disability. Theres two types as SSI & SSDI
The main difference between Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is the fact that SSDI is available to workers who have accumulated a sufficient number of work credits, while SSI disability benefits are available to low-income individuals who have either never worked or who haven't earned enough work credits to qualify for SSDI.
Lou most likely has SSI at $780 a month plus food stamps around 180 a month plus a renters rebate at $800 a year
Nowadays its very hard to qualify for SSI or SSDI. You have to hire a lawer and It could take years even as long as a decade in sones cases.

Well, allegedly he stole lou's virginity. :story:

Circling back around to "Lou takes the easiest way possible" as to why he doesn't just pre-purchase a digital pass.
HOW can it be any easier ffs? Here's the online form.

They have a free app. it's very similar to the system my county uses. You can even track where the bus is in real time in my city so when it's -20 degrees out, you know when to leave your house. I should know, been doing mass transit every day for work most of my adult life. I guess that's why I'm autistically stuck on this facet of his existence lol.

Just too ridiculous that he basically sets money on fire while simultaneously begging. I can't get over it!

What does Louie expect President Elect Creepy Uncle Hair-Sniffer to do? Cut him a check from his personal account? Write an Executive Order as soon as he's sworn in that gives Louie all the money ever? Fucksake, Louie is already getting hundreds of dollars from the American tax payer each month, and hundreds of dollars more from gullible rubes on social media! If the selfish, lazy lard-ass wants more money then he should get off his lazy lard-ass and get himself a part-time job. He can make something like $1300/mo. by working and still keep those TardBux duckets rolling in, and the government would finally get some tax dollars from him for a change. Hell, he might even lose a few pounds since he won't be sitting on his ass 24/7/365 playing video games, begging on Twatter, and playing with his little peen over Rule 34 Wonder Woman.
Its $1260 in additional earnings that he can make working or otherwise if he is on SSI. However he will lose a portion of his SSI It's something like For every $100 he makes they take 60 out.

Duh. The idea is that you're supposed to give him the bus pass with no questions asked.

Although he'll probably also scream at you because you were too stupid to realise that "bus pass" is a euphemism for "PS5," so, its impossible to win, really.
