I'm thinking they're all actually mentally handicapped and maybe on government assistance or something. I'm just imagining that disheveled guy you see mumbling to himself in the grocery store and you know he's a little special.

Personally I used to watch the Killstream back when Jim and Zidan were regular fixtures. At that time it was reasonably good YouTube chewing gum to have on in the background... it didn't get 9k viewers at its height for no reason. Ralph himself had little to contribute but he did serve ok at steering the show and stirring up a degree of chemistry between his guests and panelists. In that regard he was, if not exactly talented, somewhat competent.

I don't consider myself to be particularly abnormal as far as people go. But, of course, the Killstream audience is a far cry from that 9000 people it used to be. More than 90% of us have either tuned out completely due to the show becoming dogshit or become 'a-lawgs' after seeing what a piece of shit Ethan is. What is left is at most a few hundred extremely dedicated viewers who will follow Ethan and his capos off a cliff without question.

Every somewhat large audience has a variety of people - most normal, a minority not normal. Similar to natural selection, in a dying show like the Kumite or the Killstream, you have a kind of 'autistic selection' that takes place where the normal people leave due to bullshit and the fanatical spergs remain for reasons normal people cannot understand. To the host of the show it doesn't matter, since these people are also the most likely to paypig.

So if you want to understand the Guntguard just think of them as a writhing mass of concentrated autism that has been filtered out of the late 2018 Killstream audience via trial by retarded gay e-drama. Every audience has these people, but only in a failed show do they constitute the majority.
