There has not needed to be public consent for any of what the government has done since the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which was implemented more or less totally from the top-down. All I want to see is Insurrection Act troops guarding the Supreme Court and State Legislatures so they can exercise their Article II powers free from intimidation by Communists. When the SCOTUS weighed in in 2000 it was because the safe harbor deadline had been reached but there were still unresolved legal issues. If they're going to intervene it has to happen between the safe harbor deadline on the 8th and the electoral college vote on the 14th.

Honestly, I feel we already reached that point in the first 2 weeks of this shit show, probably even sooner than that. The Fulton county video is the most significant thing since then, but we're nearing a month now where it isn't about gathering enough evidence to cast the election in doubt but getting the courts to stop being obtuse and complicit in this. We'll have a good idea based on the situation with Alito and PA, which should be soon.
