Sander's reputation for being some principled warrior of the left is completely unjustified. As late as 2015 he was arguing strongly against illegal immigration as being against the interests of the American working class, His woke donors didn't like that so he became a fervent supporter of open borders.

He was always a strong advocate for the 2A (go look it up) but again he changed his position when told to.

He knew for a fact that the DNC had rigged the 2016 (and likely the 2020) primaries against him. But he caved both times in return for money.

Tulsi OTOH has actually stood up to the DNC, called out authoritarian cunts like Harris and paid the price,. Her political career, at least in the Democratic Party, is effectively over.

He was also not to big on gun control for awhile, which again, is strange for a Dem, but should be welcomed. I feel as though Sanders changed in 2020 likely to try to win the Democrat ticket as let’s be honest he was screwed from the start. He probably tried to take up more neo-Dem image and politics to reach older Dems and be accepted by the party overall as unlike the GOP for Trump, the Dems are not complete lap-dogs yet and can fight off an invader of his kind. I guess what I am saying is, I have no idea how he could win or create anything substantial for progressives in 2020. Republicans would never accept him, independents are dead in the water, and Dems want to keep things as milk-toast as possible. Without him progressives have no voice as Dems easily took control of Yang and Tulsi to the point where Xers did not even know who they were, so he had to make it somehow.

I really do not know, I fully admit. Sanders is in a really awful situation fully looking at it. Trump atleast took over a party that was full of deadbeats and cucks under Obama. Republicans were nothing more than an SNL joke prior to Donny. Bernie had to take on a party with legs and numerous connections to supress and harass him and his revolution at all turns. The fact that he made it as far as he did in 2016 is an honest to god miracle that deserves some level of commending. Masks help keep your mucus and saliva in, under the mask. Even cloth ones are better than nothing. They don't do much to protect the wearer, but they do a lot to protect other people. That masks will protect against the coof are based on lab studies that simulate droplet expiration. These studies do not use cloth face coverings, 3 ply, N95 or P100 only, because they're attempting to determine efficacy in clinical settings,

There are no properly researched meta studies that show the efficacy of disposable masks in community settings, let alone reusable cloth ones.

Hospital use of masks now require seal tested N95 as a bare minimum and P100 respirators as ideal to protect against short term exposure.

A 3-ply surgical face mask may offer some protection against droplet inhalation, however they're only rated for up to 4 hours use and they need to be immediately changed when there is any suspicion of contamination (eg when you touch it).

So you take from all that wearing a cloth mask all day long will protect you from someone coughing coof germs on you? Fuck me.
