The problem is that let's say the SC says okay. PA, MI, GA, and WI legislatures have to select electors. I'll proverbially bet that enough RINOs in those states will vote the electors be given to Biden because "muh will of the people".
If they do, that would destroy any shred of hope of doing legal things like voting to fix this country in all those Trump voters. They already think their votes mean nothing, now a state stood up for them and everyone else went "nu uh".

I would not be shocked if this scenario happened.

If it does truly play out like this, then the GOP is dead. Deader than they appeared to be in 2008 and 2012, even.

"The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.

Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.

Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors. The lawsuit says:

Texas approached the Supreme Court directly because Article III provides that it is the court of first impression on subjects where it has original jurisdiction, such as disputes between two or more states."

Hail Mary play, but at least Texas will not go gentle into that good night.
Here comes a new challenger.

The State of Texas.

This is the same constitutional argument that most people who have talked about it have said is the strongest play. It's interesting to see an entire state call out the other states, but it makes sense.
Literally, and I mean literally, why are the contested states, the GOP are absolute bitches and cucks whereas those that aren't chads? Nevada is the sole exemption, there ain't no cure when it comes to the Californian exodus.

At this point, the Republican Party can live or die, this is either their revival or death knell. The ball is in their court.

So the Georgia GOP is suing the Republican Sec of State? Awesome.

The conspiratard theory is that Kemp is cucking hard because he's being threatened.

The car crash that killed his daughter's boyfriend has added fuel to the fire.

Genuine (non Jew related) question. Is it normal for cars to blow up in a massive fire ball from a fuel tank catching fire? Thought that was just in the movies.

Ways people get offed is cars crashing for no reason, mysterious airplane crashes and potassium cyanide gas aersol ejector pens that cause hearts attacks.

As for fireballs? The gun youtube community has plenty of experiments concerning cars.

Also no need to fed post or be mad.

Ive said before times not on these guys side. They run things into the ground. Look at into any democrat ran city. Detroit. Gary. Youngstown.

All of them are becoming woodland or grassland.

Things won't go that far before people have nothing left to lose, most people were struggling back when the economy was actually running, now you have millions of people on unemployment and unemployment is running out of money. Lots of people will have nothing left to lose before it gets to 1984 levels of despair.
Oh trust me it will take a while before people get the balls to act out or do anything. I'm betting it'll be more like the 1930's personally. I think the problem is some people are finally coming to what's going to happen or at least have a small glimpse that some of us who can read tea leaves and patterns saw years ago. It's like watching MGTOW "Red pill rage." reactions.

Many are already at that level and nothing happens, but I must say I don't have that kind of faith in people. Many were warned ten years ago, probably even further back and people did their little song-and-dance avoiding the elephant in the room.

History repeats itself over and over again, people were warned, could have taken action because things were comfortable they do nothing and now will lead to a proverbial hell. I'm not going to dwell on what's coming (regardless of which prediction and or foresight is correct though it's quite obvious)

I just can't tell whether I'm going to enjoy watching those who didn't listen's cries and terror as it sinks in, or be regretful that I among others were right but at what costs?

And now we sit watching the final pieces of the game fall into play, not much of a gambling man but I hope I along others end up wrong. I'd be grateful for some humiliation and awe right about now.

O M G you specist pig. I didn't even know that specists were allowed on Kiwi Farms.

How can you be sole bigoted when it's the current year. Don't know you that duck lifes matter and that Joe Biden is so popupar and inspiring that Ducks wanted to vote him and his fresh new ideas into office to fix our nation after Drumpf and Putin tried to kill her.

And now you're complaining about ballots being in the lake you need to check your privilege because you don't understand how hard it is for ducks to get to the polling centres on election day all because of white men.

I can't even

That's because, despite what the Iranian streetshitter says, the SCOTUS has first (and only, if they take it and rule on it their say is final) crack at any case where the Federal Government is suing a state, a private individual who is resident in another state is suing a state, or when states sue each other.

Then they can just object on the other end when Congress meets in joint session to certify the results.

What next? Fact checking? Deletion of accounts? Assorted other faggotry we come here to get away from?

His primitive Persian mind can't grasp things like that.

It's still a big win because it helps with the clearing out of RINOs that must happen for the Republican party to survive.

Technical question - if it does go back to the "legislatures" how does that actually work? Is it one or two RINO heads like Kemp that would have sole power to decide on electors or is it a vote by a body of people and if so how big is that body? They can't all be cucks / can't all have had people they know die in exploding cars.

"State legislature" means the state-level equivalent of the House and Senate voting. The governor would be the state executive.

Thanks. So if it goes to legislatures, do we have any idea which ones would likely vote for Republican electors rather than Democrat? Or is it all a Great Unknown?

Powell: Dominion voting machines rigged the election for Biden!
Wisconsin Judge: Dominion voting machines were only used in two counties, both of which Trump won

If the vote weighting that is claimed to have been found in Georgia is true across the board (what was it, Biden having 112% more votes? I legit don’t remember), then it won’t matter that Trump won those counties, there were still…close to 3000 votes per county that should have gone to Biden should not have had. Not enough to flip the state, but since it was allegedly weighted against Trump as well, it might be enough to make it pretty close.

Dude, even if society somehow brakes down into dark ages 2.0 you are not going to see mud-huts everywhere and no medical knowledge survive; Even basic pleb knowledge like "don't shit in the water" will make a difference on that front.

Remember even during the actual, literal dark ages between late antiquity and Charlemange you still had monks in Ireland transcribing Roman texts while Civilization went on in the Eastern Roman Empire.
Another fun fact is that the quality of nutrition went up for the former Western Roman Empire based on remains found in the area. So while the empire was gone, the average Roman citizen experienced higher quality of life.

I know comparisons to the Roman Empire are overdone but we can see the parallels here as people are eating artificial crap made with corn and are now being pushed to eat soy and bugs. As American turns browner and shittier, more people are going to start relying on themselves since the state can no longer adequately function.

Can you dudes get a fucking grip and stop taking the weakest bait...
