It depends who grasps power and who is the majority. don't even factor China into this for a moment and their expansion, and ignore the elites based on demographics, the majority in each country will probably revert to ancient time mannerisms. That's without most groups having in-fighting, and don't get into mix race people and mix-race marriage people. Something tells me there are going to be a lot of slaughter/mass murder events weeding out those who are non-tribal or seen as "race traitors" from all groups. The more tolerant groups or "diverse" groups will probably be eradicated or sabotaged from within.

I could also point out that Feudal serfdom and chattel slavery are not the same thing (biggest difference being that you can't sell off a serf like you can a chattel slave; they're tied to the land itself, not owned directly by the master), but that is probably too off-topic.
