This individual saying puberty blockers "reduces" the number of surgeries down to just a single one is laughable. Puberty blockers aren't magical, and the gonads start affecting your physiology in-utero, with slight sexual dimorphism being observable immediately. The surgeries aren't required, they're according to personal choice, and you can't stick an exact number on that. MtF's have done much more absurd surgeries, such as shaving down the adam's apple, reducing the size of the collar bone and shoulders, or "forehead reduction surgery." Your body is screaming mercy, and your reaction is to torture it even further.
