I would classify this as cope if it weren't for the fact that literally none of the justices dissented on a case that is pretty cut and dry when it comes to the constitutional issues it raises. If even just one of them dissented I'd see it as "yeah, this isn't going anywhere", but as is it does seem like this Texas case will be the big one since it does it all in one go and the judges don't want to waste time, especially if other states start joining like Louisiana has already. Whatever happens, this is making for a good show so far
Say that Texas wins the case, how mad do you expect people to be at Texas?

If the point of Kelly's suit was that there needed to be a US constitutional amendment to allow for the mail-in ballots, then the texas suit is the one to go to.

If the point of Kelly's lawsuit was that the PA Constitution needed an amendment, then the dismissal is not for "redundancy," because the PA constitution is not these other states'. I can't find the text of his case because all the damn results are now that he got rejected

Texas is already the scapegoat for redneck racist stereotypes (which is hilarious since it's far from being the reddest state) so I don't know how much more mad people can get, but maybe the blame would spread among the south in general if they join in. Though really, I expect people to get mad even if they don't win the case because they dared to do this in the first place.

Something tells me they wont.
Trump can still use the feds to protect the federal buildings if it comes down to that. Also, the rioters mostly end up destroying their own cities, so if any part of Texas would have riots over this, it would be Austin.
