Last news about HOC from @Nobleman, they had a Covid outbreak in Nov. and many of the HOC homeless were sent to the Cannon St. Shelter. Even though the Freak's 30 day ban is over, HOC might not accepting people. The Cannon St. shelter is being run by the Guardian Foundation, same ones that ran the Arena shelter earlier this year. @klickitat last spring(summer?) contacted one of the main heads of the Foundation and gave him info on the Freak. Hopefully the info has been passed down to the person(s) in charged of the Cannon St. shelter in case the Freak shows up there.

Or the limit for the number of people staying there was exceeded, and of course creeper is the first to go being a fat 41 year incel old hobo vs people more around Isaac's age range. On another note, how many meals a day do we wager The Wern consumes on a regular basis? I know from personal experience that just limiting yourself to 1 maybe 2 meals, plus or minus snacks, is much cheaper than people who insist on eating 3+ meals a day.

Besides homeless shelters there are other places that give out free food to the homeless. Lucas has talked about the free meals he's gotten at the City Gate,so I'm sure he knows of every place where he can get free meals so he's not going to starve. He's just a glutton that wants meals from restaurants/pizza places/Kentucky chicken, etc. Of course at someone else expense.

From what I remember the man (Shaw?) from the Guardian Foundation was receptive to the info provided by @klickitat. At the time the contact was made, the Arena was in the process of closing down and the Arena homeless (including Lucas) were going to be transferred to the new Salvation Army Shelter. He (Shaw?) was going to forward Lucas's info to the Spokane Salvation Army. Might be the reason Lucas did not last a week at the SA shelter and was kicked out. He had to go back to the HOC.

ETA: Lucas is not penniless, he's got savings. He can buy his own meals if he wants.

Not sure about anything else, but the two people I talked to that were running the arena shelter both seemed fairly alarmed by the conversation about Lucas and about the long email I'd sent prior to them calling me to go over it. I ended up speaking with the head of the organization and his PA for about 20 minutes or so about Lucas, his history, his behavior, his instability, and at the time they'd said they'd pass the info along to the people who were actually in Spokane running those shelters so they could, at the very least, keep a close eye on Lucas if not bar him outright (or kick him out)..

That happened right as the Arena shelter was being closed down and the people staying there moved to an SA shelter.

Same info got forwarded to the administration of the SA shelter, including mentions of Lucas having a previous ban from an SA shelter in Olympia due to his behavior and not too long after that, Lucas "decided to leave" the SA shelter and try HOC again.

There's a decent possibility he's blackballed from shelters run by the SA or the non profit that did the Arena shelter.
