He's including an original sketch along with every photo, for the same $20 bucks as he originally charged for the photo alone. Given how much he typically has charged for his artwork, this is a significant deal.
 
I wonder if he started this new account just so he could use his hilarious "Pristine Christine" rhyme. I honestly wouldn't put it past him.

That didn't hurt, but I think he's just wanting to sell more shit without ebay jamming him up.

Not only is he unware, it seems that lots and lots of buyers aren't aware either...

So do people get these done up at Michael's with 3 inch thick rustic frames and hang them on their wall with a sconce lighting it, explaining to their guests who the great Christine Weston Chandler is? Or do they keep it in their sock drawer to look at late at night for lulz?

I can understand wanting a piece of christory but, what would you do with an autographed picture of him?

He is making a killing though so, good for him.
 
Just did some research.

According to eBay's policy having multiple accounts is allowed. However, they expressly forbid having multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or limits.

If you have two accounts, you are supposed to keep them seperate. No cross-postings, different email addresses, etc. Apparently you can link multiple accounts to one paypal. eBay does warn that if you have multiple accounts and one account gets disciplined, the discipline will apply to all accounts. What I don't quite understand about that is how eBay knows you are operating multiple accounts.

They do not formally define what it means to use an account to bypass limits. But Chris did say that he is starting a new account to get new selling limits. So that makes it sound like he is breaking the rules.

On the other hand, I am not quite sure what he is supposed to do. His other account is currently being disciplined, but is still active (he is still selling those coins). Does that mean that the rule that he is not allowed to open multiple accounts doesn't apply to him anymore? Or that he is supposed to keep his combined sales below the limit from his other account? Is he in charge of applying that discipline? The rule seems confusing enough that I am not sure how he is supposed to follow the rules if he wanted to.

What really blows my mind is that he genuinely thinks all of the negative ratings he received were so unjust and cruel that he had to break the ToS and make a new account. I miss our crusader of justice.

Just so you all know, he can still link the paypal account he was using before to his new ebay ID. Since paypal and ebay split recently, they haven't given two shits about this sort of thing. So as long as CWC can make another email, he can repeat this sort of thing.

The path that leads to eBay making money is always the correct path. In the past I've seen listings that were literally like this:
here's a phone that I found in the toilets at a bar. idk what kind of phone it is but low start price happy bidding

I reported them to eBay and they basically told me that if I wasn't the police they weren't interested.

Agreed, however, if they're limiting Chris' sales before because of infractions, then making a new account, even if it's limited in how many sales he can have (because it's ebay's new account limit), then he's breaking the rules. He's basically doubling his sales limit.

And yeah, technically they are still making more money than they would, but still, they introduced the original punishments out of fear that Chris' shitty sales habits would reflect badly on them as a company. And they're not even aware that Chris is a money pot for them because of his internet notoriety. To them, he just seems like some shitty seller who made a second account to dodge his punishments.

I'm not completely sure that they'll shut down his new account as a result of this stuff, but I could definitely see it happening.

Instead of doing the smart thing and only printed the pictures that he's actually sold, he probably went ahead and printed off a bunch pictures in anticipation of brisk sales. I don't remember what quality paper he used, but t he high quality glossy stuff is pretty pricey.
