I was thinking about the difference between digital/traditional artists vs modeling/rigging artists in making weird shit. I think 3d makes it easier/appear more often since you can land in the uncanny valley far more easily, but when it's with traditional/digital artists, they can pull off a fucking mind melter because there's almost an effort to make it look super weird instead of a technological limitation.

Nah, it probably has more to do with how a lot of kids shows just have anthro animals, don't forget how much porn there is of Renamon and shit, their weewees got hard as kids because of cartoons and that mental pathway will never decay.
The people who do porn with humans from kids shows likely don't see age as a factor since almost all somewhat long running, popular cartoons are for a younger audience and the older audience just latches on. Cartoon spergs love riding the hype wave, no matter how salty the water is.
