Idaho and Wyoming need to join in to protect Utah's flank, and Kentucky needs to join to protect the recon teams of Indiana and West Virginia.

North Carolina is a democrat AG and becoming more purple so I don't expect them, and Iowa seemed to have cucked, and if Ohio had balls they'd use them by now.
Tennesee needs to secure a land corridor through North Carolina to South Carolina. Luckily it can do so via red counties

Everything he has done since the election.

It seems to have been about presenting enough info to get states to contest.

...uhuh. Strongman worship is in vogue over in the philippines and turkey right now, but it's still a little embarrassing here.

Trump has not been personally presenting shit, and if these states have an actual plan to get anywhere with this case, it's not going to involve some video clips and affidavits. It would involve precedent and arguments over very specific interpretations of the constitution to go anywhere. If you want to cheer at someone, cheer at the AGs of these states and the lawyers on the case (whose competency is an open question for the moment).

"Couldn't fraud have potentially happened? I can't prove it did, but I can suggest it maybe did" has gone, what, 0-48 thusfar? So you'd better hope that isn't the plan.

I may as well be the sperg who points this out. This right here shows a very clear geographical split in the country that makes possible the potential for the worst case scenario. What happens if the Supreme Court tells all these states to fuck off? Will they l just sit back down?
No, and if SCOTUS chickens out here you're going to see a lot of states flaunt laws in the future. That's why the additional states joining is making it easier in a sense for SCOTUS. 4 gay states who couldn't follow the rules vs. 18 states (so far) who did. And in the four states, and they know it themselves, it all come down to 4 shithole cities that went full retard on Nov. 3rd.

The addition of Utah is interesting because that state is one of the few who does mail-in ballots all the time, and they can attest to the proper procedure since they have decades of experience with it. I'm pretty sure Montana might be one as well.

Have you actually read the case? This is why I didn't bother continuing that argument with you yesterday, if your interpretation of the argument it's presenting is this disingenuous, which the thread has also gone over yet you seem to have ignored.

Oh, and on the topic of Trump's involvement with this case, another update:

Baris and barnes keep asserting that the entire states was subject to old fashioned ballot stuffing.

Wouldn’t surprise me. The lack of safeguards and the Dems making it obvious for almost a year what they were going to do just made sure people paid attention. Countries with sensible laws have such stuff happen of course all the states had issues.

So if SC hears it, it'll go down in history Texas v. PAGAMIWI?

Joe Biden is the messiah, I truly see the light.

Joe Biden, the emperor of Kangz and Kween Sheboons.

Joe Biden takes pity on the darkie by show them his peepee and making them rub his hairy legs.

Joe Biden will destroy the mud people and make them our slaves. While cross breeding the strongest mud men with our Aryan goddesses to make a new strong and subservient race to the White upper class families.

An overview, yes. The allegations which have any chance of success regard these states' voting policies potentially violating the terms of their constitutions by going over the heads of their legislatures. The allegation will hinge on whether the legislatures demurred in redressing these changes, whether these violations of state constitutions violate the federal constitution/code, and whether precedent exists by which to support the argument that the results of the election are as such moot because of the behavior of these states' electoral/judiciary choices.

It will not hinge on a bunch of useless affidavits and some youtube clips that have gotten thrown out of all of the lower courts. It's in there, yes, because it's a 154-page document stuffed to the gills with whatever they could shit out. But "maybe there was a lot of fraud, maybe even mostly fraud" would fail at this level as much as it has failed in all of the rest. It's on that very specific constitutional question or bunk else. You stopped arguing because I hurt your feelings.

Bear in mind that this is all also happening well within the bounds of safe harbor, which still begs the question as to if the court even -could- issue the "preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order or, alternatively, for stay and administrative stay".

However! Looks like Trumpy actually has said he'll weigh in, so I was off the mark there.

I agree with them that there was probable fraud across the USA. However the fraud in the non contested states probably amounted to a point or two (margin of fraud). While the fraud in these 6 states was off the charts. It's clear that this had been planned years in advance.

Alright I know I'm just about to break my own advice so I'll give this rating to myself:

But to be fair right now I feel more like:

baitchan.jpg

You know that feeling when a bait is stupid enough that you just gotta eat it even if you know you shouldn't? Yes well:

California couldn't hear them over all the money it makes. California could throw more hands than Mississippi ever could.

Oh yes. Tell me more about how much money California makes. Now let's ask the experts:

Yeah that state debt not looking very good but I'm sure they can pay it off I mean it's not like their rating is...

Yikes. Well at least I'm sure they use that money to keep the streets safe! Ahahahahahaha

With a severe above average violent criminality rate and a severe under average incarceration rate, they are actually an active blight on anyone sharing a border with them! Oh and also the fires. Do I even need to mention the fucking fires! Hell state even ranks 51st for highschool education ranking it can't even get HIGHSCHOOLS right!

But please do tell me about the mighty blight of the southwest. I'm sure you'll convince us all to bend to those fucking streetshitting goblinoids.

Oh also your bullshit about the SC not wanting to mediate suits where a state sues another?

Eat. Your. Fucking. Heart. Out. You. Mongoloid.

What's the alternative. Bring out the stars and bars? Make it once again time to go down South to the land of traitors, rattlesnakes and alligators? Or just whine exactly like Democrats did in 2016?

Maybe nothing so dramatic. But we may see these States openly disobey federal edicts and dare the Biden administration to "do something about it". If the rules dont matter, well then they dont matter.
