Money 6/22 - New eBay account

Chris's eBay's TOS violations and blatant disregard for rules aside:

Morally, would Chris be justified in starting over with a new account? On one hand, I don't doubt that many or even most of his negative ratings were from weens and were undeserved. On the other hand, Chris did give some genuinely bad service to non-weens like with that half-assed Medallion and broken Sonichu Amiibo. I'm leaning on the side of Chris should having full eBay privileges (perhaps with a stern warning and probation), but I don't know how extensive his customer service fuck-ups are.

Ebay should account for a certain amount of error. Like if Chris had 500 sales, 50 bad reviews, they should keep in mind that some of those bad reviews might be bullshit. Like, say, 10 of them.

There should be a little bit of error.

Assuming they consider some amount of error, then the weens wouldn't impact his rating.

I think that, while Chris has had both some weens and some genuinely bad fuckups on his part, I think he's learning on how to be a good ebay seller. Not out of any sense of obligation or regret on his part, of course, but purely out of the fact that he needs more money to tip the drag queens at Impulse. So even if he's bitchy when he has to comply with the rules, I do believe he's gradually moving closer to following ebay's rules.

Now, making a new account might fuck him up if he broke the rules in the process.

I guess we'll see.

Don't forget he legitimately fucked up with money on numerous occasions early on which was what earned him those limits on jesusguidesme2 in the first place - the "spent the money for the shit he sold the moment it dropped in his wallet BEFORE actually shipping that shit out and thus forced to beg the people who he sold his shit to for more money to pay for "free" shipping" kind of fuck ups.

Bust open that piggy bank 'cuz here it comes!!

Aslong as weens breath air nothing Chris do will change his ratings.

Hell i bet money that some weens will buy his crap just to give him negative reviews. Chris is damned if he do, damned if he dont

AND Dox'd one of his own buyers before sending him an "angry sonichu" medallion. Lets not forget that one.

If the new account is simply because he wants a crack at getting 100% feedback, it really can't happen. An unknown like me could do it, I'd just be selling random shit and would make a new account and not announce the change. It would sell based on what it was, not who the seller was.
Chris, seeing as how 99.9% of his merchandise is CWC/Sonichu shit, he has to announce the new account so people like us will know how to buy it. At the same time, anyone interested in his shit is going to know his prior eBay exploits, and some people are going to buy the shit solely to leave him negative feedback. Perhaps that's the angle! It's genius! Everyone that already bought all the shit they were going to from the old account will now buy it again for the privilege of opening disputes and leaving negative feedback!

Well it's not that this is anything new, whatsoever. It's a different username. There are no lessons learned, since he's the victim of (imagined evil figments) at all times, and so his post is, at the very most, an indication of his new favored screen name theme. I can't see any reason to renew a debate.

It's enough to make you wish he'd upload another pandering half-ass biography on "his" "characters" for SSB.

Ah, yes, that one! Seriously, the bastard sent somebody an item that wasn't what was described on purpose purely because he got buttmad over something.

Not foolproof, though - ironically, because OPL is too fucking lazy to not copy-paste entire ebay descriptions, the new account could get nailed for listing copypasta postings stolen from jesusguidesme2.
