Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

Apparently, HOC had a COVID outbreak and may not be letting new people in. With Lucas and all the mooing he does on COVID, he gladly will live in random small apartments with other hobos and dine with trannies. It's amazing he has not caught COVID-19 himself so far.
I’ve been praying to the lord for his good health 😘

He wouldn't get any of it. Payees are there specifically to prevent situations like that. When they say a part of it is earmarked for a specific purpose there isn't anything he can really do about it. He'd just be told he has money provided to him each month and its is responsible for making sure he uses it wisely. Showing he can't by trying to get more only proves he can't do so and justifies not giving him any more. Its literally the payees job to refuse such any sob stories, as hobo types are frequently manipulative as fuck and try that stuff on a regular basis
From what I see, the "payee" has basically allowed for Lucas to blow the majority of his money since he's been homeless. The savings he has is what $1000. He hasn't payed rent for 10 mo. and on top of that he got $1200. stimulus money. So I still say if Lucas wanted to, he could get about 100 from his savings.

The money in question is $1200, as he mentioned earlier. He can't get anything from his savings, as they are not his savings. Nor really savings at all for that matter As I said, and lucas himself admitted to, its money that is being saved for him for the sole purpose of getting a place to live. That he hasn't found such a place is the only reason it still exists at all. Again, it is literally the payees job to prevent lucas from accessing that money for anything other than paying for housing. If lucas was allowed to bs his way into getting some of it and then some place became available that lucas could not get because of the idiot allowing him access to money he isn't supposed to have access to, his payee would find himself very quickly fired for incompetence

That said, the payee allows him to blow the majority of what he gets because the payee is legally obligated to do that so long as he doesn't do anything illegal with it. The part that is being kept from him is mandated as such to ensure he has the ability to pay for a place to live when (if) one becomes available. They do so because they're legally obligated to do so given his legally recognized disability and all the stuff that goes along with that. Lucas is responsible for what he does with the part of his finances he has access to. If he is unable to budget proper or blows it all like a moron thats his problem. That doesn't entitle him to access money earmarked for housing and nobody is going to risk their job to give an idiot like him something he isn't supposed to have access to

The fact that he consistently blows every penny he gets stupidity is exactly why he has a payee and has 1200 forcibly saved for housing that he can't touch in the first place

I think Lucs isn't allowed to have over 2000$ so there's not much he can do but spend most of his money anyway. I know he was talking about building his little nest egg but he can't really do that.
I'd say if his payee was diligent in having Lucas save money, he'd already have the $2000 saved.

ETA:
Was going over @klickitat video. This caught my attention: at the 2:52 mark, Lucas says "every Monday I get my check". It looks to be his payee cuts him a weekly check for spending money.

Normally i feel bad for the cows that are legitimately crazy but Lucas would be a huge piece of shit with or without bipolar and it kinda pisses me off when he acts like its only because of his bipolar that he wants to fuck kids.

I have a friend with bipolar and their description of it was that it doesnt really change how you think all that much but more just how intensely it comes out. Lucas's bipolar just means instead of mumbling about wanting to fuck kids he screams about it
Yep, this is exactly the reason I stopped feeling bad for him. It sucks that he is mentally ill, he can't control that. But Lucas Werner is a HORRIBLE fucking person, with or without his mental illnesses. He has proven as much with his history all throughout his life, beginning in high school if not sooner, and every time he is medicated like he should be, he acts much more docile and slightly more human, but his stupidity, arrogance, entitlement, and general Terrible Person-ness remain every. single. time. So finally I stopped feeling a shred of sympathy for him because he is just such a genuinely horrid mistake of a human being.

$2000 is the limit in assets. It's why you need a place so you can stash some money, and not always get your shit stolen.

Let's be real here, even if he had rock bottom standards he wouldn't be able to obtain even the most bottom of the barrel zoomer women. If he was able to she'd be another lolcow for sure, probably someone who deserves their own KF page.

His only real options are women around his age with rock bottom standards and some mental disorders to go along with his.
He could probably bang one of the junkie chicks that run in the tweaker circles but that would require him to have access to hard narcotics and the money to get them. But even then I doubt they would let him hang out at the drug house long enough to score on the dirty mattress in the back room because of what an annoying fat useless load he is.

I know he probably wouldn't do this, but theoretically, could he take some of the money from the payee and start up a simple checking account at Wells Fargo or something? Is it even possible for him to do that?

In addition to the asset limit, he also can't earn any additional money beyond about $1200/month, which is likely why he was looking for a job around $1k/month, so he could, in theory, max out what he could earn at this fantasy job and not lose his SSDI payouts.

Either that or he was aiming to make roughly what he gets from SSDI.

If his Patreon had inexplicably taken off he'd have been booted off of SSDI with just one person pledging to one of his stupidly high tiers.

But, yeah, he can't build his nest egg or save up for jack shit if he doesn't want to lose his SSDI, and if he loses his SSDI he's really fucked. He'd have to reapply and getting approved in 2020 is a shitload harder than it was when he got rubber stamped into the system back around 2000.

Honestly, it'd be kind of entertaining watching him try to figure out how to reapply for SSDI without a lawyer and on his phone. While it's very possible to get approved for SSDI without a lawyer, the people who do often spend half their waking hours researching how to do it effectively and rack up a fuckton of medical and specialist appointments in the process because, lawyer or no, you have to contend with government doctors who look at your doctor's stuff and go, "...but are you really disabled tho?" or who just straight up ignore the parts of your documentation that help your case.

While it's a shitty, stressful system for people who are actually disabled, seeing it work against a leech like Lucas would be peak entertaining even just imagining him trying to represent himself in a disability court hearing.

Technically you can't have that money on paper, which would include having it in a bank account. If it can be traced, which I guess a bank account could be, then you could probably lose the tugboat.

I dunno about that. Lucas is a leech but he's a leech with a serious mental illness that earned him a few stays at ESH. They have things on file with government doctors saying he's nuts. This isn't your normal neo-welfare SSDI scamming. He's a legit cripple.

Likely they'd just cut his payments a bit. They make disability so that if you earn more than $1000 or whatever you just get a smaller payment from the government. They don't end and you get "kicked off". It is structured so that total income is always better if you work than not work. That's one of those little lies people tell themselves when living on their tugboat.

SSA keeps a firm watch on all your assets and bank accounts. They regularly recalculate how many benefits you get, I think every few months. Lucas would screw himself over trying that. There are other options like debit cards he could put some money in that aren't traceable. But, again, if he loses it or people steal from him, he's fucked.

There is a point where you get "cut off" SSI, though. I think the general rule is double whatever you got. So, if you got $900/month on disability, if you earn $1800/month working, then you get nothing. That's why I always see my disability peers work like part-time low hour stuff until they're ready to move on.

It's a sliding scale thing. Make $1000 or less and you retain it in full. For every dollar you get beyond that you receive a slightly lower amount (at a pennies on the dollar rate) until it reaches zero. This idea that you make $1001 and the department cuts you off and you have to refile and go through the whole thing again is pure BS. But it is really common sentiment whispered about in the tardbux world.

I have a friend who has lost jobs because when the boss asked him to pretty please do an extra shift, he was in a spot, and would pay him overtime or whatever. He really needed the help. "Nope" my friend said "can't do that or I'll lose my disability". Well, he lost his job shortly after. That's what you get for not being a team player and listening to morons who don't know how the whole SSDI pay scale thing works.

Anyone heard from Lucas today?

(sorry it's buzzfeed, just wanted to make sure to avoid paywalls)

Wish the witness weren't so useless with describing what the guy looked like. Not sure if this is Lucas or not but the way they describe him ranting about democrats and republicans sounds a lot like Lucas
AnOminous - I don't buy it unless he was ranting about telomeres too.
its the news so i wouldnt expect them to include the funny details and just stick to the ones they can outrage bait with

His last IG post was on Dec 8, the man in the article was arrested on the morning of Dec 9. He apparently walked in with a backpack and told the employees he had a bomb in his backpack. We know our boy Lucas has a backpack. That's where he stores all his floor candy and peanut sauce. This is very interesting for sure

(Also, a way I get around paywalls is if you're using chrome, go to the settings for javascript (chrome://settings/content/javascript) , and add the website to the block list.. that should remove any paywalls)
