That would likely be because the cons are strongly advised to get a job in prison, join clubs/groups, and take classes. I used to do case management for SPEDS and people with mental illness who have a lot of problems finding stable long term employment. They are also advised to collect good references like the county lockup or prison chaplain for example. They're encouraged to move into a group home or work with a local charity known for assisting homeless and those with mental illness get jobs.
In my city, there is a coffee shop (kind of like a busted Starbucks) downtown that is operated by one of the local homeless shelters. It's open to the public and clients of the shelter as well as clients of the state DHS are employed there where they learn safe food handling and hospitality skills to transfer to another job. They get counseling and other mental health services at the same time. It would behoove Russtard to see if he could take advantage of such services as part of his court ordered therapy.
But he won't. We already know that. Besides, I'd imagine that in his case, his caseworkers would strongly advise him to work on himself and stay off social media while he rehabilitates his image.
