Stuff like this is proof enough to me that they cheated. Why not let them make an ass of themselves if there is no fraud, and make Biden look better?
I hate to provide a plausible defense but it could be they want this to be ended as quickly as possible so they can start their destruction of America as soon as possible. The only way to do that is to stop this from leading to long major delays that or democrats have no patience getting what they want. Nothing new in that regard.

Assuming there is no fraud, perhaps they're concerned that Trump can pull off a million to one shot and rip victory out of the jaws of defeat? I mean, it's not exactly unprecedented.

Or more realistically, they want to wholly crush Trumps populist movement before it can become powerful enough to threaten their power? That's what I can come up with if they didn't just cheat and are trying to desperately cover their tracks.

Even if he wins, Biden is looking to be just as devisive as Trump was back in 2016 except on the opposite end of the political spectrum. I think having a bunch of angry rednecks that handle all the agriculture not consider you a duly elected president is way more dangerous than a bunch of gender studies majors and journalists thinking the same.

If there was no fraud they would have mocked Trump and openly did a full audit of the election. Not those half assed "audits" Wisconsin and Georgia did, but a full on, signature matching audit where the mail-in and absentee ballots looked like they did in every election prior. Then they could openly flaunt their victory and sad orange man would skulk off to Florida.

rednecks arent a mainstay in agriculture, those jobs go to mexicans and refugees.

they do infrastructure work

The midwest is still redneck white folk who do the farming. But it's also corn, soy beans, and some wheat grown there.

Anything that doesn't have to be hand picked is still redneck jobs. Tobacco? Tomatoes? Anything that requires work... and CHEAP work at that? Guatemalans.

reading the PA defense is making wonder how this is their best?

So they are saying that if there were incorrect procedures that if it isn’t enough to change the outcome that it doesn’t matter?

Also, calling someone’s statistical analysis “nonsense” without saying why it is nonsense is lazy. If you’re so sure that it’s nonsense, back it up.

I'm no legal eagle, but isn't the whole point of a trial to determine what parts of the evidence and testimony by expert witnesses are 'nonsense' and which aren't?

Is this actually a coherent reason not to hear evidence?

a friend said that PA followed the segregation orders and didn't mix the ballots. But i swear I read a report in this thread that said the Secstate doesn't know if the counties followed the order and if they didn't mix it in. but i can't find it and google/bing is hiding it. I guess now PA is saying all counties followed the order without proving...how would you prove it?

I imagine Yost's email and phone lines got blown up. Probably his twitter feed too. Even with the user bases' political stance, Ohio's government officials twitter feeds are full of absolute and utter scorn and hatred towards the executive branch of the state. Often from both sides. DeWine is the real RINO shithead, Husted, the Lt. Gov, and Yost aren't near as bad but we are talking about the state GOP of John "Son of a Mailman" Katshit.

This has basically gone beyond Trump vs. Biden right now and its basically state to state warfare.

Anyone saying the SC should disregard this is a fucking mongoloid retard that demonstrates they don't know shit about politics. The SC ignoring this is the worst fucking decision they could possibly enact, now that its basically a political civil war. As others have said, this election is basically a catalyst for tension that has been brewing for a long time and has only gotten worse with COVID. Its the erosion of state power and the conflict between states that have seen to have too much influence on policy. Now that other states are joining in, its a right fucking mess.

It should be. Dismissing it outright though just doesn’t sit right with me. They could have phrased it better and went the plausible deniability route rather than outright calling the statistical analysis “nonsense”. This is just my point of view though, and I don’t have as much experience with law, so take it with a grain of salt.

This isn't an actual defense, this is just a brief rebuttal to Texas's claims. If it went to trial they'd demonstrate in more detail and explain it.
