Wow, Movieblob got a law degree for Christmas. It seems like everyone is getting one.

I will reiterate that noone knows what will happen now that Texas has fast tracked it to the Supreme Court and anyone trying to tell you what will is bullshitting. This has never happened before.
Whats that lazy town meme asking zoomers and millienals if theyve ever lived through a historical event?

I predict the right going figure the key to winning is destroy that key infrastructure.

As long the infrastructure stays up the cities and the left will survive.

No infrastructure means they lose.

Once again this would be a war of disintegration.

Its easier to destroy then rebuild.

No one wins.
Destroying the infrastructure would also affect the rural areas who're still reliant on most of that infrastructure. I think it's probably going to be that support for each factions will be primarily based on rural/urban lines with the suburbs in between, and would gradually shift to the right occupying cities in right-leaning states while the left would take over the rural areas in the left-leaning states. After that, you'll probably see conventional troop movements to take key areas in disputed zones, followed by concerted attacks into the enemy heartland. You won't see massive initial movements to relieve ideologically aligned pockets deep in enemy territory (e.g. Atlanta and Nashville are fucked) unless they somehow hold out long enough for one side or the other to launch a coordinated offensive.

Tldr: A second civil war would probably go somewhat along the lines of the Spanish Civil War or the Syrian Civil War, in Minecraft.

Yeah it's going to happen anyways, but people, especially certain classes of moron who happen to be influential in certain countries, put a lot of stock in acting according to international norms. People inherently accept that there's a de facto reality and deal with it accordingly, but the entire post-WWII global order is about pretending that we abide by high brow concepts like human rights and self-determination. If we openly defy these positions rather than paying lip service to them, it just adds fuel to enemy propaganda that we are unilateralists without any consideration of international norms. As a move, it creates greater distrust of the US and our intentions, especially when we for all intents and purposes already recognize the Moroccan occupation.

The soys and deathfats are useless, but the Jamals and Juans are excellent cannon fodder against your Darryls and Cletuses.

i doubt Jamal and Juans are going to care. This is a white people problem.

So PA's defense is.
  • The SCOTUS isn't allowed to hear this
  • There's no case to hear
    • And if there is Texas doesn't have standing to bring it
    • And we already stole the election so it's a moot point
  • There's no actual violation
    • And especially not in the exact way we violated the constitution
    • And even if we did, Texas has no right to judge us
  • And Texas has no right to stop us
    • No really
    • We changed the law unconstitutionally therefore no one can complain because we did, in fact, change the law.
If this is the best they've got...

So Pennsylvania's defense is basically the famous "Narcissist's Prayer"

People forget that this isn't about "muh arguments" or the evidence or whatever other shit they pretend matters. You can laugh at how loose the legal responses to the cases are, but they're laughing right back, they know its all theater.
What's this supposed to mean? The SC has already decided to make Biden the winner?
"muh evidence doesn't matter" then I hope they enjoy having entire states decide to give them the finger on everything.

Meanwhile, in SCOTUS precedent...

  1. There is no "we found more ballots and started counting them" in WI. After Polls Close on Nov3, no new ballots.
  2. Courts aren't supposed to decide election rules. COVID is not the excuse.
  3. Legislatures are who sets the rules. Not Judges, Governors, or other State Officials
In other words, everything Texas is claiming and the left is disputing.

Can i get that but with chief nigger thomas ?

Great post, but I'd imagine the feds they have monitoring the Kiwi Farms of all places are the speds of the Feds.

Imagine getting your shiny Fed job you've always dreamed of, your buddy is doing cool covert shit against China or something and then they hand you your assignment; monitoring a hive of shitposters on a forum created to laugh at retards on the internet.

If Mr. Fed went to Thanksgiving this year, you can bet he answered any questions about his job with a half hearted 'If I told you I'd have to kill you.' getting a dry laugh from the folks as he died just a little more inside.
I wouldn't be surprised. It was at least as much a vent as it was an honest dare to hope against hope that it would land on sympathetic ears. But, I got if off my chest, and if the cost of trying was just making myself the office lolcow for the day, then I can live with that.

I would lump them into the apparatchik and agitprop class. Otherwise, when it comes to an actual war, individual members of those groups would be practically useless as fighters. The support of the corporations could be helpful as a way of financing mercenary involvement, but even then the corporations will flee as soon as shots start flying.

Holding all that land wouldn't matter, they'd just need to hold key infrastructure for both rural and urban areas while the conventional war plays out. Once any large opposing force is absent from the field, they'd be able to commence mop up tactics against whatever rural partisans remain.

The vast majority of the Chinese cities were economically devastated from the Japanese occupation, and when they were functional in the 1930's, the KMT was destroying the Communists.
do bugmen like sleeping outside in the elements? do they like eating barely edible food?

The silver lining is that the Case that PA cites is about commerce issues between Missouri and California regarding egg laws. which doesn't have the same weight as an election.

It could affect rural areas but I feel that would be the only option for anti left.

The destruction of infrastructure by anti left forces will keep happening until the Woke Capital forces can no longer physically project power into red areas. Or disruption by said infrastructure attacks cause enough chaos in urban centers where city leaders turn inward and cease bothering country dwellers.

Thats my prediction.

i doubt Jamal and Juans are going to care. This is a white people problem.
Correct. White people have a nasty habit of using non whites as proxies against other whites. Once one white team wins they turn on the proxies. See native Americans for example.

It aint their fight and only reason theyre here is money. I remember 2008 recession. When that went bust the migrants left in droves.

i doubt Jamal and Juans are going to care. This is a white people problem.
I predict the urban progressive whites will be cleansed by their non white servants once money runs out. Or becomes worthless. In short theyre going get the south Africa treatment.

The ties that bind the woke capital coalition is money and relies on the current system to remain intact. A system theyre working very hard to destroy.

A 9-0 denial of injunction in the PA case doesn't seem like it's going to be followed up with a dismissal of the TX case. There's no way Alito and Thomas would deny the injunction if they weren't going to hear this case. It's not even about the final ruling, this thing needs to heard or the court is going to lose a massive amount of political weight to it. I mean right now Thomas would be on Twitter being worse than Trump going "Rubicon! Rubicon! Rubicon!"

Not the Supreme Court in particular, just what I've come to from observing how things have gone legally for the last few years. I'm no where near knowledgeable enough to point to a specific point in time when laws mattered, but the way that the Constitution has been radically reimagined from behind the bench is evidence enough that cultural shifts trump the rule of law. The SC could rule either way, but i doubt if their decision will be based on the law itself rather than the implications of a decision and the social/personal pressure they are feeling.
