Bouncers (and property owners in general) usually have the authority to use reasonable force in removing trespassers. Otherwise there would not be much point in having bouncers. So just shoving him, instead of beating the shit out of him, was probably a legal and justified use of force. Baked's only legal response was to just stay the fuck off the property, not commit felony assault on the guy. If they're actually treating it as felony assault good luck getting bail without a hearing.
