The latest guild used an app called "Line" as a way for members to communicate with one another. Line is basically another "WhatsApp" I guess.

Line requires a phone number to register an account with it. You can't just put any phone number in, because a verification number is sent to your phone to confirm you want to register a Line account with that phone number.
