It's a blanket policy. Literally zero airBnB places let you throw parties there. It gives them grounds to eject you if they think there will be damage. It can of course be ignored if they don't think there will be issues.

I could believe one or two people might, but I seriously doubt many people have actually even called them. I'm certain it hasn't been "all day"

You know what is smart to do when people are trying to get you kicked out of your place?

Talk shit sbout the owner being "based" and telling them to go fuck themselves.

That will make sure people dont go to more extreme lengths to fuck up your shit.
